Excellent customer service friendly took their time to answer all my questions with just travel you don't need to be vaccinated for COVID like other popular travel insurance companies which requires you to be vaccinated I am 79 years old and choose not to have COVID vaccine although other travel insurance companies said that they don't cover me for COVID when I am abroad this company said they will cover me for COVID and a claim for COVID would be assessed the same as any other claim if I get ill whilst abroad also for my pre existing medical conditions and the price to cover me was much much less than other popular travel insurance companies that I used before I will use this company again and will recommend them to my family and friends

It was so easy to do online.

I couldn't get cover with any other company when i had a yet to be diagnosed condition, but Just travel took all my details and agreed to cover us for a year, at a very reasonable price.
Unfortunately before our holiday my husband had an accident and couldn't fly , Just travel were superb, they told us all the documents we needed to provide, and once this was done, we were reimbursed the cost of the holiday minus the excess within a couple of weeks, no problems whatsoever.
Fantastic company , great prices and great to deal with.

It's an easy enough site to use and the quotes are always reasonable.

Would recommend these to anyone, struggled to get insurance for my daughter who is suffering from an unknown allergy, our insurance wouldn’t cover us and neither would anyone else leaving us very stressed about our holiday abroad. Just travel were our last hope and they were amazing. They took all our details and found insurance that was the best for us. They didn’t try to upsell things we didn’t need only provided details of cover that was relevant to us. Thought price would be through the roof but it was what we would normally pay. If you are struggling to find insurance while waiting months for hospital appointments I really recommend these. They are so friendly and helpful too.

Nicola very efficiently looked after me today in cancelling my policy and setting up a new one when I had inadvertently inserted the incorrect commencement date.

The application process was simple. My pre existing medical condition wasn’t used as a lever to hike up the price of the cover! So I’m happy with it.

I've never had to claim on a policy but I've used them for the last 6 or so years. I took out single trip insurance but have done annual policies the last 3 years. Simple to do. Quote system easy to navigate even someone like me with several pre-existing conditions it accepts me. I had lots of problems with other sites where I was rejected late on the application process. As I say never had to claim so I can't comment on that aspect but I've found the quotation, policy documentation, customer portal and renewal process all excellent. Highly efficient and effective. Plus very clear and easy to understand I highly recommend using them.

Easy to use. I was able to set up a single trip policy fairly quickly despite having a couple of medical conditions to declare.

Always very helpful and efficient. Everything explained. I have used them for some years now and their quotes are very competitive. Unfortunately I also had to make a claim a few years ago, there were no problems at all.

It has provided the cover we needed but a bit too expensive
