I took out Just Travel insurance in…

I took out Just Travel insurance in July 2026 for a trip to Australia for Christmas and the New Year and paid £2249-78. Today I received an email stating if I took out insurance before 20/9/26 I can get 15% off.
I rang Just Travel but they told me I was outside the cooling off period.
I wish they hadn't sent the email. Had I left my cover until now I would be £337 better off.
Very disappointed

They see you as a real person

They see you as a real person and are sensitive to your needs. They strive to get you the best cover at a price that is within your budget. I have renewed my annual cover and am confident that my wife and I will be able to continue to enjoy peace of mind knowing that we have a great team looking out for us.

I was able to chat to a representative after filling in a form for travel insurance, his name was Reese he was very pleasant to talk to, he talked me through everything and was very reassuring. I am happy with the service I received, this is the second time I have used this company as recommended Broadland Travel in North Walsham Norfolk I'm sure I will use it again.
