Great, safe and affordable! All my kids love it!

We ordered a trampoline from Jumpzylla because we had safety concerns about our other trampoline. Our old one was difficult for the kids to close and they could jump on the springs even with the net and spring covers. Jumpzylla was rated high for safety while still being affordable. I love that the springs are completely covered, the bars bow out so the kids don't run into them, and it's easy for our kids to completely close the net so no one falls out. So far it's safe and durable. It was also easy to assemble.

You can tell the trampoline is high quality. The whole family is loving it! I had a question prior to buying, and Jumpzylla customer support was super fast, friendly, and helpful. Also, if you order direct with them, be sure to check out what a great price you can get on replacement parts, if needed!

We are very happy with this 14 ft Jumpzilla trampoline. The overall quality feels strong and safe, and the materials look durable. The frame is sturdy, the jumping surface has good bounce, and the safety net gives extra confidence when the kids are using it.

Assembly was easier than expected. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit together well. It does take some time because of the size, but it was very manageable with two people.

Overall, this trampoline is a great value for the size and quality. The kids love it, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid 14 ft trampoline that is not too difficult to assemble.

Delivery times could be improved and the option to buy parts. Otherwise great customer support

We have had the trampoline for 18 months. Several parts have failed, all covered under their standard warranty. I reached out to customer care and was assured all necessary replacements were on their way to me in the next 3 weeks. That was 8 weeks ago. I am getting the run around from customer service, assured the delay is almost over, but with no update or change. I have been "refunded" $25 for my trouble but the refund has never appeared in my bank account mysteriously - they encouraged me to spend MORE time contacting my bank to try to track that down. I DO NOT WANT MONEY I JUST WANT THE PARTS

We loooove this company! We chose to go with Jumpzylla based on the safety and design features. The quality is topnotch. Our children basically live on it - decreasing their indoor time immensely!! Could t be happier that we discovered Jumpzylla and made the purchase this spring!

I bought this brand for the price point, and I am very satisfied, but I gave a 4-star rating because I had difficulty with the handlebar screws lining up, and the flap that covers the springs arrived folded and wrinkled. I had to steam the flap to make it flat. I do like the bounce it provides. It's on the firm side, and I wanted that over a soft bounce where you end up sinking too much. This is my first rebounder and I would recommend trying this one out.

The trampoline was very easy to assemble. I watched the step by step videos and never had to open the paper instructions in the box. Everything was there, no issues. My kids love it!

I purchased a Jumpzylla and while the product is nice, the customer service is very unhelpful. Theirs almost no replacement parts available and after wait months, there’s still no updates and they keep stating the same scripted information. Something is very off! Their product comes with a warranty, but without replacement parts available, it’s not very meaningful.

***Update - They send me a whole new trampoline which I appreciate since the other part was not available.

Trampoline is great, the customer service is even better!! Valeria has been super helpful getting some parts replaced that were damaged during a storm. 12/10 recommend!! Quick response time on email communication, and very friendly and helpful.

This is our second trampoline from Jumpzylla. The first one went flying in a storm, and unfortunately, it was bent a little too much to keep (our fault for not having it tied down well). On the first trampoline, before it got damaged in the storm, we needed a new pole, and some of the foam needed to be replaced. Customer service was AMAZING with helping us replace the parts, and very quickly. The trampoline is sturdy and held up really well. On top of that, the esthetic of the black trampoline is so nice. When we needed to get a new trampoline, there was no question where it was coming from.

Excellent quality and really straight forward and easy to put together. It seems super safe for my little ones! Excellent customer service and support! I expect we will have many years of enjoying this trampoline!

Ordered replacement foam noodles for pole under impression from website it would be a full set. I Recieced 1 foam noodle that is 3ft long for a price of $22.49. Its a complete scam and customer service refuses to provide a shipping label or refund or escalate to management. Considering I bought a full cover for the springs for $26.99 why would 1 foam noodle cost $22.49? And you would 16 of them to replace all the poles? Thats more than a brand new trampoline would cost. This company is an absolute scam, worst price gouging I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money.

The trampoline is fine and fun, but two years after, the foam covers got all ripped off. Replacement is $23 per piece (as of 6/2026). That's almost $200. Plastic T-connectors at the top got damaged, and they don't even have them in stock, so i can't even tell how much they would cost, and if they will have them at all

The customer service is beyond excellent and kind. No hassle, just resolution's!

Our Jumpzylla broke in a storm and the customer support helped to replace the broken trampoline. Our girls love it and we feel it will last a long time.

Love our trampoline; you can really tell a difference in quality compared to other brands plus it came with everything you need out the box, ladder, stakes, etc. My kids are on the trampoline every day, worth every dollar!

The customer service person I spoke with was courteous, helpful and made me feel it was a priority for him to solve my issue. The reason it is not 5-stars is I did receive the wrong part initially, but that has been corrected.

Great trampoline! The quality is excellent, very sturdy and easy to put together. The shipping was also super fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Definitely worth the money.
