So far our trampoline has been great. Quality seems good and kids love getting outside to use it. Safety net and padded bars around the edge are great.

This is hands down one of the best gifts we could have gotten for our son. He now wants to be outside all the time! It has made his summer so much more fun and he’s been sharing in that fun with friends. Best thing we could have bought!!

The ease of assembly and the quality of the product.

The trampoline is great. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. However, getting replacement parts is next to impossible.

The product is 5 star! Assembly is manageable, quality is solid. Assembly took 1.5 hours. Our grandkids have been giving it a great workout!

Hardware is subpar. Frame bent due to missing bolt that had came unfastened. Highly recommend either purchasing lock tight or different nuts than come with the trampoline. Purchased on December 2024 for a Christmas present and got maybe 14 months out of it. 16 foot. The netting support around the top never functioned properly they use kinda the same flex frame for the netting as you’d see in almost pop up tents. But the poles slide into these Y’s. Well they either don’t send the right length or the Y connectors are faulty. Either way. They have to be rigged up at 3 of the locations of the enclosure. Or do what i finally ended up doing and put a little gorilla glue on those trouble areas and some water.. it’ll expand and won’t cause anymore issues there. I have twin girls. They’re 12. I have them ever other week and I can say they have probably used this thing maybe 30-45 seperate days. If I had to guess. The circular frame bent where one of the Spring mounts are. I just removed it today thought it was just due to hardware sliding out and the leg coming out from under it. But nope the frame bent. Putting one side of the bend higher and one side lower separating the legs from the frame. Being we’re in Florida, the frame has done decent in withstanding constant moisture. See some areas that look like they may want to start to rust. But not actually rusting. The padding for the springs was undersized as well. So the Velcro’s had issues doing what it’s supposed to do. Tbh, can’t say it’s worth what they are charging. And definitely wouldn’t say it’s as safe as they claim which is what I kinda was leaning towards when deciding to spend a couple extra hundred bucks compared to the bare bones models. I’m at a crossroads of do I attempt to fix this thing. Find the replacement part… hope it fixes the issue. Or say I quit and write off $535 as a loss. Instead of continuing to put money into it. Today I spent $65 on hardware, lock tight and other failsafes to try to get this thing functioning again as well as how it should’ve been done for how much they push safety. . Just to realize the frame was bent. So I’m at $600 on this. And looking for the replacement of the bent part. Hoping less than$50. That way I can say it’s good to go. It’s there for them when they want to play.. or as my toddler gets more stable on her feet. And I can know they’re safe. I’m sure they aren’t all built like this. But compared to other trampolines I’ve purchased. I’m pretty disappointed with this outcome.

The trampoline was easy to put together and feels much sturdier than other ones we have had. The delivery was very fast, it arrived 1 day after ordering. The higher weight limit is nice for multiple jumpers.

We have purchased two Jumpzylla trampolines (moved so we bought a new one), they have been easy to assemble, very sturdy, and so much fun for our kids! Survived crazy southern storms (with sandbags!!)

After researching who to buy from choose jump. It was easy to assemble. Very safe.
Put 6 anchors into the ground and the July 4th storm produced 50+ mph winds. Found it 500' away in our neighbors parking lot. It had traveled up hill, through a mature pine forest, across our driveway and a road. Over his fence, and settled upright. Like an angel set it safely down without messing up our neighbors farm stuff.
After Jumpz. saw the photos of it being 50% damaged, they promptly decided to send a new trampoline for safety.
Excellent customer service. This 69 year old and our grandchildren very much appreciate your help in this matter.

Grandkids and daughter in law love their jumpzilla trampoline so I'm sure i will love mine once I set it up!

The trampoline is great quality and was exactly what the website advertised. Set up was not hard, however, the video instructions and paper instructions differed from each other and they were not the most straight forward.

Great quality trampoline and very easy to assemble! It only took about 1–2 hours to put together, and we are really happy with it.

I did have an issue with FedEx losing the original package, but Jumpzylla’s customer service was excellent. They offered to either refund me or send a replacement, and the second trampoline arrived without issue. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled the situation.

The trampoline itself is great, and the customer service was even better. FedEx’s customer service, not so much- but Jumpzylla made it right!

Love this trampoline! My husband and I searched a few different brands, but felt Jumpzylla was not only a reasonable price but had excellent safety ratings. Hubby and the kids put it together in about a hour and half with no hiccups. I like how the safety bars bow out, so the kids don’t hit them when they’re jumping, I also think it gives the trampoline a little something extra aesthetically. Overall, everyone in our house LOVES the trampoline and so do the neighborhood kids for that matter! Excellent quality, durable, fast shipping. We have the 16ft and had 6 kids bouncing around having a blast. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

I ordered directly from the website and received a discount code as a first time customer. I received free shipping and the package came in SUPER quick. My husband was able to put it up with the kids easily. I like the shape of the net on the trampoline in comparison to our old trampoline. It’s shorter in height which made me feel more comfortable about our younger child using it. It’s been a great purchase.

We had a great experience purchasing a jumpzylla trampoline. My husband was able to put it together in one day by himself. The kids have jumped every day since.

Our daughter loves her jumpzylla trampoline. We like that it sits lower than our previous trampoline which makes it significantly easier for her to get on and off of. The set up was far easier than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, and the quality appears to be pretty good. Hopefully we will have this one for a while!

The assembly was quick and went together just as the video advertised. It is a top quality product!!

The trampoline came EXTREMELY fast and the bounce on it is great for our 115lb gymnast as well as her dad (at 205lb) using it for simply rebound work. This is what mattered most to us! The only reason I did not give it 5starts is because I felt like the padding that goes around it as well as the foams for poles seemed very thin/cheap. We have had it set it up almost 2wks and so far its all holding up (the thin materials) so maybe it will end up being just fine after all!

The trampoline was fairly simple to assemble. Most importantly the kids love it and can’t get enough!
