Excellent and clear instructions make installation really quick and simple. Just over 2 hours from start to finish (10 foot) including a few breaks to look after kids and sort out BBQ.
Quality components, won't rust any time soon and everything appears to be solid.

My daughters trampoline took flight and landed via a tree damaging several safety poles legs and joining parts. Jumpflex said they could replace the parts but as they were out of stock we would have to wait. They were brilliant and me kept informed about the delays. The cost of the parts was really fair and they waived the delivery charge and the cost of the joining piece because of the delay. Cant recommend enough really- trampoline back in action. Think it's a great trampoline but wasn't prepared for the assembling but got there in the end. Wasn't too bad but the last bits were the hardest when you have to bend the poles to put on the netting and securing it. Needs two people to assemble but definitely doable.
Best thing I've bought in a long time, looks smart and cool in the lawn . Kids absolutely love it and their friends love it even more. My older is now suddenly the cool guy with the massive 14 door Trampoline:) .

ABSOLUTELY amazing NO pressure speak to same people each time no putting you through to another department or left on hold till the batteries on your phone run out! genuine honest and cannot do enough to help what I call old school values n respect, which sadly these days appears to be pretty non-existent in so many cases. Highly recommend of today. This fabulous 14’ piece of pure fun was a house warming present for my three young grandchildren. My son look it to their home in France and it is a brilliant success. He said it was very straight forward to construct. I purchased the sunshade as well. I know there will be many children wanting to play together on it, plus the odd adult. Therefore I choose this make because of the weight it will support, unlike so many other some of which are actually a third of this capacity. I was needing to replace poles and netting etc. on the old one I have here at home UK. Taking into account replacement cost and because the actual bounced bit is 10 years old I have decided to buy a second one. 👍🏼🎉👍🏼🎉👍🏼🎉. Will have very happy grandchildren visiting.

Trampoline arrived quickly, sooner than expected.
It is very sturdy and I can tell that it is going to weather far better than our previous one.
Definitely buy a sun shade - it is worth it. Keeps the trampoline much cooler. Even during the heatwaves we have had this year, my little one and I have still been out bouncing in the full sun.
The slide is awesome too although adults can't use it!
You will need two people to put it together and a reasonable amount of strength. I did it mainly alone but needed assistance tightening the nuts as I just couldn't get them tight enough and also you will need help getting the net on. And a ladder!

Bought this 12 foot trampoline ,my kids range from 2-15 y old and they love it -we got also the shade cover which is amazing in the sunny days.
My friends were impressed saying they never seen such a gorgeous trampoline before.
Took me and my 15 y old son 2 hours to put it up , quite easy to follow the instructions 😊

Brilliant trampoline kids love it and very bouncy 😃. Pretty easy to put together the most difficult part was the safety net. Love trampoline definitely worth money very happy with it. Came very quickly about 1 week to arrive.

Made a mistake when ordering a cheaper trampoline elsewhere. Realised when putting it together that it was rubbish; you get what you pay for. Jumpflex are by no means the cheapest but they are heaps better than the rest and well worth the extra spend. Great to deal with all over the world and service is second to none for their great product.

The family all loves it so far! we've only had it up a week but it's great. We got the 14ft which is very big, but allows adults to go in with the kids which is what we wanted, just make sure you have enough surrounding space for the size you choose to get. the assembly instructions were straightforward. would recommend the product.
