Wonderful and friendly

Very friendly and straightforward dealer. I’m really pleased with my used car, and it came with a one-year warranty, which is great. Excellent service and a smooth experience overall. I would definitely recommend them!

Felt it was the best car for me without any sales pitch, genuine customer interest throughout the process and creditable trade in price without all the hassle unlike other Motor dealers
Particular mention to Shane very professional and knows how to interact with customers from start to conclusion of deal .

Dan O’Neill gives a 5 star service for a five star product

Relaxing - no push on sales. Clarity on trade in and Government grant for all-electric. Excellent service and love the new car.

Aidan was extremely helpful.

The day was well organised and started on time.
I was contacted during the day about the progress of the work, including any extra work necessary.
The ladies on the telephone were clear and informative.
All staff were polite and helpful.

Fast and thorough.

Excellent service and attention from Peter Punch, strongly recommend the Brand and the Douglas Dealer

Servicing my car with Volvo garage gives me a guaranteed peace of mind for the next 12 months!!!
Thank you Volvo team 🙏

Very informative and helpful salesman, car was given to me in excellent condition,

Difficulty booking car in , 2 promised call backs never came . When dropping car in was told the car was not booked for that day . Courtesy car had slow puncture in one front car and excessive pressure in other one. Window wiper replacement blades not replaced as electronically requested after got health check report. Then had to ask a second time to get back wiper blade replaced

Courteous, friendly, professional, helpful staff with excellent product knowledge.
