I had a very good experience this time. I booked my car in for 9am.I met Patrick at Reception and he looked after me very well. I had asked for a lift home which is only about 10 mins away but not on an easy bus route and it was no problem.He delivered me home himself. When the service was complete I was collected by Elder who was excellent also.the servce was perfect and I was very pleased with it an d reasonably priced.I have a 3 year old MG4 and i had asked for a printout on the battery condition which was given to me.Overall a very pleasent experience.Thank You.

The service itself was excellent. The team were professional, efficient and thorough throughout, and I was very happy with the quality of the work carried out. The only slight frustration was that it took a few weeks to get through and arrange the booking due to issues with the phone lines. However, the team apologised for this and were very helpful once contact was established. While the service is on the expensive side, the standard of care and professionalism provided was very good.
