This company is absolutely horrible predatory you have to go through so many loops so many websites and find print just to cancel they do not make it easy I've made three different cases against them just to get my money back and to stop them from drafting even after I ask them seven times to cancel my subscription they continue to draft me and I had to literally send the nastiest letter to get them to stop but even then I just checked my email 35 days after they said they would cancel my subscription and they charged me again do not go with this service at all.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they try to lock you in a subscription that you can't cancel.

I downloaded for an advertised story on tiktok. Worst decision ever made. Had it for 30mins and realised this one story normalised grape. Uninstalled the app because it put me off watching these kind of things. Completely disgusted.

I have never dealt with a company that has handled a customer service and refund situation this poorly. I requested a refund from JoyReels on the very same day I made my purchase. Despite that, I waited over a week and a half for them to properly contact me about my refund.

The first time JoyReels actually responded to me was Monday, August 31—and it was not to address my refund request. Instead, they asked me to leave a review of their app. I contacted them again this morning, and once again, I have been left waiting with absolutely no response.

Now JoyReels is trying to tell me that because I enjoyed some of their content, they cannot issue me a refund. That is completely inaccurate. I did not enjoy their content overall—I watched only one thing, and that is why I decided to request a refund. I made that request on the same day I purchased it, yet JoyReels still failed to respond for over a week and a half.

What is especially infuriating is that when PayPal contacted JoyReels requesting information regarding my dispute, JoyReels was suddenly capable of responding and figuring out what a keyboard was. Yet when I, the actual customer, repeatedly contacted JoyReels directly about my refund, I was left waiting for days.

That is incredibly suspicious and, quite frankly, feels fraudulent and deceptive from a customer’s perspective. You cannot ignore a customer who requests a refund immediately after purchasing, wait over a week and a half to respond, and then suddenly become responsive when a payment processor gets involved.

I should not have to involve PayPal just to get JoyReels to acknowledge my refund request. I should not have to repeatedly message customer service, wait over a week, and then be given an inaccurate explanation for why I am supposedly not eligible for a refund. If that is their policy, it should have been clearly communicated when I requested the refund—not after ignoring me for over a week and a half.

The complete lack of communication is absolutely disrespectful. I have now requested to speak with a supervisor because the customer service representatives I have dealt with either cannot or will not resolve this issue.

JoyReels needs to seriously reconsider how it treats customers who request refunds. Ignoring customers until a payment dispute is opened is not acceptable customer service, and the entire situation has left me questioning the integrity of how this company handles refund requests.

If you are considering spending money with JoyReels, I strongly recommend thinking twice and keeping screenshots and documentation of every interaction. Based on my experience, you may need them.

Terrible. Took my money and wouldn’t let me watch what I paid for. RIP off.

This company is a disgrace. You cannot cancel a subscription. The live chats they don’t get back to you. You can’t get a refund off them. I have been trying for weeks to get this sorted. They are a completely fraudulent company ripping people off. Stay well clear.

An absolute one. Though I don't pay money to watch I earn coins to be able to watch an episode but the earn rate is so low that you can be going to ads for 30 mins to be able to watch one episode because they make each episode so expensive to release .. waste of time

This JoyReels website is a disaster. I paid for unlimited use for 2 weeks.. The website said unlimited use & nothing about paying for more points to finish watching a story…. This website stopped working for me 3 days before my cancellation and it also stops in the middle of a story will not start back-up so you can continue watching.. It will take you to another reel you did not request to see.. I have looked for a customer service site to contact by text, email or phone & none is given.. The few series I watched were good until you can not go back to finish them.. I truly believe this website is a scam.. I will uninstall this “JoyReels website”.. I will not be using them again..

This is only a 1 because zero isn't available. Reel breaks up. The closer you get to end the more coins are required. 100 coins per episode is ridiculous. Then if you buy coins vs membership they remove tabs so you're forced to buy larger quantities of coins. Like 14.99 for 1300. Then they cut off the ending.

I went to enjoy reels and I clicked a prescription for one week then as I was watching the real halfway through it said I had no coins I went into my Google Play and I found out that my subscription said I had a week I contacted them and they said it's only for the coins I have I didn't receive enough coins to finish my real I have contacted them looking for a refund or to continue my subscription to know avail. So I advise you watch what you're paying for because it isn't for a week it's actually for coins that you purchase I do not recommend Joey wheels there's a lot of other places out there that you can get a week when you pay for a week thank you

Absolute scam! Subscription that doesn't show in playstore, they don't have a cancel option on the app and their 'help center' keeps repeating that they'll connect you to a 'professional customer service agent' but they never do.

Very expensive as you have to keep paying to see more episodes and they are laughably short!

I stopped using it once my subscription was used, deleted the app, but did not realise that they would still "renew" my subscription without my authority! Their disastrous bot refuses to acknowledge that they did not have any authority to continue deducting money from my credit card!

Terrible company, zero customer service.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

So, I'm a really big fan of the many video dramas that are now appearing on phones all over and I subscribe to a great many of them, however the one called JoyReels is a con. They give you just enough information to be legally safe from liability, but not a clear picture of what you are purchasing. So please read they're policy completely before you commit to they're service. They sell you on coin packages, but never show or explain that you may be subscribing to a coin subscription and not a weekly/monthly or annual membership for nothing but a coin subscription. So Buyer Beware
