Absolutely waste of time, space and money what a scam i have cancelled this stream several times but to my surprise my card is still being charged like there is no way out of this rubbish piece of crap

Reelshort is a scam,they are taking 18.99 a week from my checking account.I don't even watch the videos.I go to Google and it's not on there,so you can't cancel if it not there. Pisses me off.I guess I will call my bank and try that.

I love how the movies are so good but the fact is that you have to wait to see them and that’s put me of I love watching them but I only get to watch a couple a day it should be free and no money because there great shorts I think you should make them free and you will get good reviews on it bec it’s very interesting just the bad side of waiting thank you I hope you take this to mind and change it. I paid for a week and canceled my subscription yet they keep charging me every week. I painful part is that I am unable to watch videos yet. Reelshot is a scam

They are scammers. I purchased and unsubscribed it. And as at now they keeps charging me $31.62 every week for more than two months. If I contact them, they keep telling me to unsubscribe from my iOS subscription but can’t find it there.

I want out of this but cannot talk to anyone do not answer emails and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. They keep charging my account.

You often need to pay a VIP subscription which is an outrageous twenty dollars a week. Why are they important. To watch full stories especially ones that are advertised on youtube and facebook. You only get access to the first twenty out of sixty episode with a basic account. As well as watching a very high amount of ads. Keep in mind twenty dollars a week is almost eighty dollars per month, for 1 subscription. I think streaming has harmed media in the long run, but this is taking it to the next level. If you want cheesy drama videos, just watch dharman. At least you can watch his content for free with ads.

Habe am PC bisschen rum gegoogelt, bin über die Reelshort Seite gestolpert. Die kostenlosen Episoden fand ich nicht schlecht, also investierte ich mal 1 Wochen "VIP". 2 !!! Episoden konnte ich weiter gucken, dann gibts ein QR Code ich ich soll auf meinem Handy weiter gucken....???? What ?!
Ich habe ein "Mini" Handy, da erkenne ich gar nichts. Warum wohl habe ich das Ganze über`n PC gemacht (auch bezahlt) ? ...großer Monitor. Beim bezahlen gab es keine Info., dass man auf dem PC nicht weiter schauen kann.
Das war die erste und letzte Zahlung von mir!

I don’t know why everyone is so mad. It clearly states that the first couple of episodes are free but after that you have to pay . I have been with them over a month and have completely enjoyed this app and have never had any problems with billing or videos being erased. It has become my favorite past time. The actors are amazing . The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the content is a little repetitive but all in all I am greatly pleased with this app. And it’s quite a process to make certain payments so not sure how people keep claiming to get charged. I had them last year as well and cancelled without any issues and didn’t see another charge until I signed up again. It also specifically states that it can take up to 50 coins an episode; so perhaps people are having math issues? Just pay weekly or monthly . The coins don’t give you enough to really finish when you talking 50-70 episodes a series. Fine print people, fine print .

They stole money from my account as I didn’t even purchase coins but $30 purchases , $9.99 , $4.99, every type of purchase they had kept coming up in my account I had to delete the app and report them but I’m not stopping there I’m calling my lawyer I’ve saved all documents and screenshotted every interaction with the flimsy “contact us” feedback

Ripoff!!! I paid 4.99 and literally only saw 2 episodes. Never again and they better not try to charge anything else!!!

I bought the 4.99 package to finish watching the show I was watching. But it started me all the way back to episode 15? When I was supposed to be on episode 26! So I had to use up all my coins just to get to where I was...by time I got to the episode I had no more coins!!
IM VERY VERY PISSED!!

To Natalie if you see this review go on the Google play store to cancel your subscription so you will no longer be charged also call your bank and have them blocked them from charging you and dispute the transaction and get your money back see if you need to change to get a new card and Google them send them a email a long with your receipt dont let them continue to charge you

I had VIP access for a week, cancelled they confirmed I had cancelled but continued to take money from my account without my consent or knowledge, I have sent them numerous emails and I get a generic email response and still waiting for my refund, they are thieves

I have been trying to reach someone in regards to a charge on my account from this subscription that was not authorized on my behalf. I have never had a subscription with this company, yet I am being charged $386. Something fraudulent is going on, because I would never pay this amount of money for this king of subscription. I need to speak with someone directly as soon as possible.

The company does not care about the customer experience. The subscription is too expensive for what you get. I tried to cancel and was still charged for two months after I canceled. I contacted support and was told that I did not cancel properly. After sending screenshots that I did cancel properly they sent me a screenshot of a summary of our conversations and stated that I did not cancel properly and that their policy is to not refund. So they stole from me for two months and after I provided proof they did nothing to correct it. This company is crooks.

Okay. I was going to subscribe but it said you had to pay weekly and I'm not going to watch it weekly. I don't want to watch it at all. They took out of my $18.39 out of my checking account and I did not subscribe to anything. I did the free trial and it charged me $18.39 before the even the 7 days was up so I don't want it at all. I would like it to cancel and if I have to I'll change my checking account

Im tired of being interrupted by adds. There are just too many adds.
