A very pleasant experience
Although I was a bit worried about the whole transaction, Joseph was quick in answering all my concerns and fullfilling all requests promptly and very efficiently. Heath also was very professional and helpful when collecting my vehicle the next day with the minimum fuss and delay. Well done to the team! Highly recommended.

Purchased a Rolex for my husband, great service.
I purchased my husband a Rolex watch from JosephJames & Partners, I had been looking for this particular watch for a while and was surprised to have found it.
Was a quick a and easy process and they even arranged delivery to my work place so I could take delivery without my husband being any the wiser, the down side was that the courier was a day late but was no fault of the auction.
Absolutely over the moon with the watch and my husband will be to!
A special thank you for Heath who made the process as easy as possible for me.
Happy to recommend and use again. 5 starts from me.
