Jeg kan klart anbefale smykker fra Joseph CPH. Det var gennemført en god oplevelse. Bestilte 3 ringe for kun to dage siden og i morges lå de foran døren helt oppe på 5. Sal.
De er super flotte, og passer perfekt, så jeg kommer helt sikkert til at købe derfra igen.

Modtog en super fin ring i forbindelse med mors dag. Den levede virkelig op til de forventninger jeg havde til den. Derudover var der en rigtig fin kundeservice.

I prodotti sono bellissimi, originali e molto eleganti. Ho ordinato due anelli e mi piacciono moltissimo sono esattamente come nelle immagini e le misure perfette. In entrambi i casi ho ricevuto il mio anello velocemente, il giorno dopo aver effettuato l’ordine. Il servizio clienti è molto disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle domande. Il rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo e spesso si trovano sconti sul sito, suggerisco per questo si seguire la pagina Instagram per essere sempre aggiornati. Oplevede at min fine ørering desværre knækkede, da jeg skulle have låsen af. Jeg kontaktede Josephine, da jeg havde købt den i november 2020, og hun vendte straks tilbage på min henvendelse. Og efter jeg havde sendt billede som dokumentation, gik der et øjeblik, og Josephine havde sendt mig et gavekort på beløbet🌸

I ordered a ring from the website for my daughters birthday, but unfortunately there were problems with the delivery with DAO - Josephine quickly and professionally resolved the problem without any extra expenses for me, and the ring came just in time for the birthday :-)
NB: and the ring is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures on the website :-)

I ordered a ring from JosephCPH, and it arrived within two days. Unfortunately it was too small.. Therefore I wrote an email, asking if it was possible to return the ring for a larger size. I got my email answered very quickly, and was told "Of course, just send a picture of the return shipment receipt, and you'll receive a gift certificate, matching the price of the ring". I sent the picture, and almost immediately I got the gift certificate. I ordered the same ring in a larger size, and once again, it arrived within two days!! All in all was it a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend buying jewelry from this brand. Lets be honest, the jewelry is beautiful, and the service is top quality.

De fineste smykker, som passer til en hver lejlighed. Jeg forelskede mig hurtigt i ringene. Jeg elsker, at de fremstilles til kvinder med smalle/små fingre, hvor der ikke er gået på kompromis, med de fine små detaljer eller forskellige farvekombinationer af sten mm.
Jeg har derfor, med tiden også købt nogle stykker. :-) JosephCph kan man garanti anbefales!
