I chose a ring for my wife as it is our 40th anniversary coming up. I decided to surprise her with a Ruby ring
After dealing with Josh, the ring arrived promptly and secured.
She loves the ring, however being honest, it wasn’t exactly what she wanted. After a phone call to Josh he was very helpful and told me to return it and he would action a refund on receipt of the ring.
Which he did as soon as the ring was delivered. The service was fabulous and there was nothing wrong with the ring itself just not the style she wanted.
I would use Jolly’s again in the future should the need arise.

Trustworthy company

I was initially dubious about ordering, but so glad I trusted the other reviews and went ahead. Beautiful ring, lovely quality, just as pictured and described. My daughter was delighted. I will definitely use this company again. Recommend.

The jewelry is absolutely breathtaking-a truly rare and exquisite find! The customer service was exceptional, with fast delivery and beautiful packaging. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Good in quality and communication

Really good experience with this store. I bough an engagement ring 3 month ago online and they delivered it the next day, I also asked to resize the ring, after arriving, as I took the wrong measurements, and they did it for free. I haven’t had any issues with my ring since I bought it , so all good. I recommend it.
