Great experience!
I have bought two pre loved diamond rings from Jolly's now and the service has been excellent. Sadly, the second one wasn't exactly what I wanted, but the returns process was quick and easy and my refund came through in just a few days.

Purchased the item online however the transaction didn’t process properly. I contacted the shop and received a callback to pay for the item over the phone. I was assured the package would arrive next morning and it did.The item was as pictured and described.
