Although I didn't see a delayed delivery date, once I contacted them communication was really good and they offered me a full refund. I waited for the item and was really pleased with it.

I was a little wary ordering from a company I didn't know- but I needn't have worried....100% reviews meant I should give it a try. Ordering so close to Xmas I thought it'd be mid January before the item arrived but delivery was quick (despite Royal Snail..sorry-Mail strikes) & the item was well packaged too. Daughter was well pleased with the item & wears it constantly..so all good & would order again! Thanks!
