Norfolktimepieces Arvostelua

I have previously cherry picked at a car boot sale a watch and some costume jewellery for £30

I got home and noticed the watch was different I took it to a few jewellery shops
Agate just a brief search on-line
Couldn't find my exact watch
And after going to local jewellers in my hole town and still told it was just junk.
Not worth £60

I did a bit of research and was promoted to contact Norwich watch company

Today i attended a pre booked appointment albeit a bit late 😬
Sam who I had my appointment with was so comfortable and the information and knowledge he tol me regarding this watch was brilliant.
He knew instantly

To be told I have a piece of junk and then a week or 2 later meeting a member of staff called Sam who instantly put my mind at rest and showed me step by step as he assessed the watch that what I have is a gem and after I told how I obtained this watch he was stunned.
Pure gent sam is.
And thank you again if your reading this for showing me what others had no time for 'excuse the pun"
Professional and polite
No messing about.
Cash instant.

I Highly recommend Norwich watch co.

From start to finish Travis was so helpful, communication first class and delighted with watch that arrived today. Will definitely be back for more!

Travis is Excellent! Extremely knowledgeable guy, kind and friendly. I went in to get a Tag Heur for my 21st and walked out getting a beautiful Omega Seamaster Travis had, he is not a pushy salesman whatsoever which I think a lot of people like (me included). I will definitely be returning to get a Rolex or anything else I may see on Norfolk Timepieces page! :)

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just bought a Tudor Black Bay GMT from Norfolk Time Pieces and had an outstanding experience. Travis was absolutely ace - helpful, calm, and reassuring from start to finish. Kept me in the loop every step of the way, and the watch arrived spot on, perfect condition. Saved a good chunk of cash vs buying new, and couldn't be happier. Can't recommend Travis and Norfolk Time Pieces enough - rare to find service this good. Definitely buying again when I'm next in the market 👍"

My second experience buying a watch from travis and again the experience was painless and the watch was exactly as described again !
I traded the watch i originally purchased from him for one of my dream watches he had advertised.
He gave me a fair trade in price for my watch and a market leading price on the watch i purchased.
He also delivered it to my door once again !
Top bloke and the only person I will buy my watches from.

Excellent service. No pressure to buy. Negotiable price within reason. Received following day by post office special delivery.
Jeff Pickett.

Couldn't recommend Travis and Norfolktimepieces enough, very professional service, give Travis my budget and a idea of what I'm looking for, and he went to work not only did travis find me a pristine piece with full set but made it a very delightful experience, 11 out of 10 start to finish from sourcing to shipping.

Thanks again Travis over the moon with the watch and service. Will be back soon!!
😉👍

Great customer service, watch was spot on couldn’t of complained about a single thing, hospitality was excellent

We sold a watch to these guys, they gave us a brilliant price (more than fair) and was quick to send the money across once they received the watch. Will be doing business with you again for sure, don’t hesitate to sell to these guys!!

Great service, arrived next day In perfect condition.

Another one for the collection!

Awesome service by Travis- can’t fault him. Certainly goes out of his way to help out, my watch was delivered under 24hrs! Had a chat, purchased, and he packaged it up straight away and posted it all within an hour and a half!

Item arrived securely packaged, he even made sure I received it on a Saturday by paying extra for the postage! Timepiece as described an amazing watch.

This is someone I would certainly buy from again. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

I’ve just purchased my second watch from Trav, his support and skills were demonstrated excellently, with great knowledge into all types of watches Trav helped me find a perfect watch that not only meets my needs but also met my budget! I’d highly recommend speaking and purchasing from Norfolktimepieces!

I had problems trying to purchase my new time piece on another platform who where no help what so ever then i was in contact with Travis who had a chat with me and he went above and beyond to help me get the time piece I was looking for. He even sent me a 3 piece watch roll because of all the hassle I went through off this other company. I will definitely recommend and use him again. Thanks so much Travis

Item was exactly as described and sent next day delivery.
Travis was very responsive and answered all queries promptly.
They only hold good quality stock and are very well priced.
Norfolk Timepieces will now be entering my saved sellers list and I will look to them to source my next watch !
Highly Recommended.

Great guys. Really happy with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

After chatting with Travis online, I finally took the punt and bought the watch I wanted, his professionalism and communication throughout the process was outstanding and did exactly what he spoke about, I would highly recommend Travis and will for sure be using his services again. The watch I purchased was exactly how described and at a great cost and saving for myself.
Thank you mate. Ieuan 👍🏻

answered queries prior to purchase, sent warranty for tag app as soon as watch was bought. packaged and sent off incredibly fast. vinted authenticator verification confirmed it was a legit tag watch and it is in almost mint condition and works well. fully recommend this seller !!

I recently purchased the 3 watch roll from here. The item arrived extremely quickly and I’m impressed with the quality of the product. Once funds allow, I will be back.

I messaged Travis on Facebook saying I’m after a certain TAG Heuer. We exchanged numbers and had a 30 min long conversation about everything watches. He was extremely knowledgable, and prioritises the customer. He found a watch I hadn’t seen before that was similar to the one I was after, and I preferred it. From when I said I’d like it it was a very smooth transaction and he got the watch a new battery, verified its authenticity, and got it sent to me special delivery. Extremely happy, and will defo use him in the future when im after another watch👍
