So like many of you, I was prescribed weight loss injections through my weight management doctor. Per usual my insurance denied my claim stating it wasn’t “medically necessary” even though I have fatty liver disease and fatty tumors in my spine. The main treatment for those is to lose weight. The process was easy. Not sure how well it works as I just received it. My only complaint is the Dr gave me a prescription for Tirzepatide with B 12 but the prescription was filled with B6.
