I was devastated when my insurance had to change and my new insurance does cover GLP-1 for weight loss. So far this has been a smooth easy experience with this company. Intake process was very simple and response was very quick. Horrible the medication doesn’t not work. They don’t respond or get back to you and even though it’s likely the medication they are giving you is expired they offer no refunds. Save your money don’t bother. Go with an actual reputable site. Lesson learned.

They are helpful and responsive to questions and emails. It was a very simple process to join the program. My medication was sent in the timeframe they informed me (7 days after joining the program after corresponding with my medical provider). The medication came within 2 days after it was shipped out. I received my medications promptly and I gave myself my first injection today. The instructions are clear enough for a non-medical person to easily and confidently administer the medication.
