Trashed this product because of poor…

Trashed this product because of poor delivery condition
UPS delivery was late and product wasn't even cool to touch. Shipping container was not even moist inside. Ice was not cool and totally dry. Company didn't seem to care that product was not in a good condition to use. Wasted my hard earned money

The customer care representatives were committed to solving my issues and addressing my concerns. Once they did the communication/response was quick and detailed.

Impressive

First of all, the packaging was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen. It felt like I was getting first class treatment and it’s only been 2 weeks, so it’s still early but I have more energy and since I am micro dosing , it makes it so much easier to see how much I’m drawing up because the liquid is in color. Stay tuned for an update after a month. I lost 3 pounds so far.

Follow up information

I like the product and the shipping was quick. But After paying. I got no response no one or informatuon. I did not know I was approved. I did not know who I would talk to. I did not know how to reorder. I thought I might have been scammed. I still don't know how to reorder. I only did one month to try it out. I know there was information when I ordered but I would expect instant followup and instruction. Confirmation that my money was received and what to expect. I would also like to know who to call about any problems I might have had. Thank you
