Do not recommend. Wrong dose received, no way to login to account, cannot cancel easily
I purchased one month of compounded tirz to try Embody out -- background is I have used a few companies and have several vials on hand at my 10mg dose. I put on the Embody intake that I am at 10mg. Embody sent me 2 ML of 2.5mg dose. Good tirz companies have apps to login and view my account and to be able to contact customer service. Embody has none of this. I emailed them immediately upon order receipt to cancel any possible future orders and they never responded. I texted the same to the number they used to inform me of my delivery. I called their main number 347-269-4270 to ensure no further deliveries and charges. While the rep, Lionel, was professional and kind, he could not locate my account. He gave me a different number 855-807-3969 and email and I am going to contact both now to try to ensure no further deliveries or charges. The price for this one vial was $129 which is a fantastic deal if it were for my normal dosage 10mg. At a dosage of 2.5MG I will use it very quickly. I do not recommend this company at all.

Ups delayed my order
Not your fault but ups delayed my order so I still haven't gotten it. They said it's in Taylor Michigan but they can't deliver it because of extreme weather.
I live 10 minutes away from Taylor Michigan. There is no extreme weather. It's 86 degrees in July. That's not extreme. I wanted to start this medicine on Monday but it probably won't be here.

So far my experience.....
When you ask a question to the support or doctor it takes them 3 to 4 days to answer. I haven't received my prescription yet, it's been 2 business weeks. They haven't sent an update either. I'm sitting here like where is my medicine! Also the website is saying that I have 2 weeks to refill my prescription but how can I do that when I haven't even had a dose yet! I would not have gave a 1 star if there was communication to let me know or a shipping date I have nothing to go on besides them having my money and that I was approved that is all I know as of now

My medicine did not arrive and I know it is temperature sensitive, and I am in Arizona where it’s 110 I don’t know how it’s being stored and I’m not happy about the response. I feel they should resend the medicine to make sure it’s still good.

Scheduled appt for a 2:20 time slot
Scheduled appt for a 2:20 time slot. Got notification that time was changed to 7:30. Was not asked if that time was ok. When I went back in to change time back to 2:20 I had to cancel and reschedule which made me another few days out. Haven’t gotten medicine yet or completed consult.
