John Doe Carpets and Furniture Ltd Arvostelua

Simon and Scott once again did everything as efficiently as last time, nothing is too much bother and always with a smile.
These two are a credit to John Doe, no question.

Well, what can we say, Simon and Scott rang to say 10 minutes, arrived, checked with us where we wanted everything, explained everything in detail, unwrapped and took all rubbish away, explained the care kit, and left us set up, done, perfect, polite, efficient, clean and tidy, 2 lovely guys, thank you Simon and Scott. Ian and Lisa

So easy to order and arranged delivery, delivery was spot on, the two gentlemen who unpacked, took away all packaging, and assembled our bedroom furniture were quick, efficient and were very polite, a credit to your company. Thank you

Simon and Scott called to say they were on their way and they were very polite and respectful of our home. The bed was put in position without any problems. Great service guys - keep up the excellent work.

I’d also like to mention the service received from start to finish was excellent. 😊

An excellent service from start to finish. Just taken delivery from Simon and Scott, who were both excellent and helpful.

Simon & Scott were fantastic today, delivering our new suite
Simon & Scott went above & beyond our expectations they were both so very helpful & polite & even put our cups under the new suites feet.
Thank you again to Simon & Scott & thank you to Tom the salesman also for all his help, when we were looking for a new suite

I moved to South Norfolk a few months ago & visited John Doe to find a settee. The staff were very helpful without being pushy & my lovely settee was delivered yesterday by Simon & Scott. Not just delivered though, but assembled in a thoroughly professional & efficient way. They were very polite & a credit to John Doe. Thanks fellas!

Fab service as ever from John Doe .
Scott & Simon have now delivered 2 items on 2 occasions to my home . There service is exemplary and are true ambassadors for your business. Keep doing what you are doing as John Doe and the staff are just amazing. Will be back soon !

Top job from Simon & Scott. Everything looks amazing!

Simon and Scott delivered our mattress and installed it as we requested in no time at all, very polite and efficient
Communication was good from them too

You had the dining table we had seen online, on display (essential for a confident purchase). Sales team were helpful, not pushy. We purchased at a convenient time to hit your supplier's delivery schedule so delivery to store was quick. Collection from your warehouse was straightforward.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding products to fit what you're looking for, and not stretching your budget.

Mark and Simon fitted a bedroom carpet in our home this week. From the moment of arrival to departure they were professional and friendly. Also the carpet looks amazing! Great job.

Fantastic staff at the shop, very helpful and were keen to make sure I ordered all I needed (no hard sale tactics). The guys who installed the carpet were very polite and friendly doing an absolute great job laying the carpet and completing the work very quickly, even hoovering the carpet when finished, they left the spare piece as requested and took any oddments away with them (their names were Mark and Simon E). Thanks very much John Doe company and staff members throughout. A Gwynne

Huge display of furniture beds etc. Very pleasant staff no push and very helpful. Whole experince was delightful.

Delivery was exemplary, in good time. Service cannot be faulted and personnel were courtioud and efficient. Fast service. All good.

We love this store. The staff are helpful and willing to help. Quality is always high and Angela’s coffee lounge is an added bonus.

Mark and Josh came to my house today (day 1 of a 2 day project) to install carpet upstairs. They were both great lads and was very helpful and considerate. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure each room was hoovered ready for furniture to go back in once each room had been completed. Can’t recommend enough top quality service 10/10

Simon and Scott were very friendly, helpful and efficient when they delivered our various pieces of furniture. Despite having to remove and rehang a door they left our home exactly as they found it - thank you both of you! The furniture is all as beautiful as we thought it would be when we picked it in the showroom - good quality and well made. Would highly recommend the store and after sales services and will no doubt be purchasing more furniture from John Doe in the future.

Simon and Scott were friendly and polite. They dealt with the fact that my headboard wouldn’t get upstairs calmly and proposed a solution when it became obvious that it just wasn’t going to fit! They contacted head office to arrange the fix for me.
