All very good

Our experience with John Doe was excellent from the in store discussion, home visit, quotation to fitting.
Regarding the fitting Jason & Jay did a superb job, punctual, polite and thoroughly cleaned up after fitting. Also a big thank you to the 2 floor preparation guys.
We will most certainly use John Doe in the future.

Excellent service as always from this family business. Mark and George were efficient and professional throughout - we are very happy with the quality and fitting of our new carpet.
Thank you

Fantastic service from the staff at John Does once again. From the staff in the store to Simon and Jay,the fitters. All were professional, helpful and had great attention to detail. Thank you.

Excellent service from Simon and Scott when delivering our furniture. Rang to let us know they were on the way, unpacked and assembled very efficiently. Very friendly team as are all the staff we had contact with at John Doe.

Tina in the sofa department was so helpful this week going the extra mile to check out with the sofa rep as to whether it would be possible to order 2 sofas that they had been told were no longer available after the end of Sept. She said she would do her very best to see if there was any chance that the manufacturer would except another order.
Tina kept me in the loop and amazingly she was able to place the order for me. One very happy customer. Many thanks Carol

John Doe were very efficient in ordering my new bedroom furniture and very patient in keeping it in storage whilst I waited for my new flat purchase to complete.
A special thank you to the delivery guys, Simon and Scott, who were really helpful, efficient and courteous.
This is the second experience I have had of John Doe's service and both times have found it faultless.

Simone and Mark came to fit a new floor in our kitchen today. Very friendly and work completed to a very high standard.

I have just had my bed delivery and just wanted to say a very big thank you to Simon and Scott they were amazing. They have put my bed together and explained how to lift the base and they took all the packaging away. Excellent service. Thank you.

The salesman, Stuart, was very helpful without any pressure.
The delivery team, Simon and Scott, were friendly, helpful and cleared all the packaging away carefully.

We only went in for breakfast. Came out with a new bed and mattress! Fantastic customer service. Couldn't ask for a more relaxed purchase especially when spending that amount of money. We chose to collect items ourselves which was very straightforward and good instructions on how. Didn't force us to do anything else or have it delivered. Very proffessional. Highly recommend.

The guys,Simon and Scott I believe, delivered the bed as arranged. The negotiated the very tricky stairs to the bedroom and put the bed together. They were polite, helpful and professional. Great service provided by all John Doe's staff from looking to purchasing and delivery. Even though we live 40 miles away they are are go to furniture shop

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, nothing was too much trouble and a great choice of quality products.

Impressive service I would highly recommend.
A special thanks to Ian Spinks for helping us choose our perfect sofa. And to the flooring department also.

Excellent service and knowledge. Came up with solutions that other stores didn’t even consider.

Excellent service all round from ordering to the efficient delivery of my riser/recliner chair.
