I came across Jinger in early 2026 whilst they had their stand at the Trafford Centre. I have bought a bottle of Turmeric and Ginger (no added sugar) roughly every month since, as it's become a staple of my morning routine.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have always been interested in the benefits of turmeric on inflammation. I can't claim that Jinger shots have solely been responsible for improving my physical health, because I've been put on a very effective biologic treatment in January this year, but it is the case that I'm having the best year with regard to my arthritis in over a decade. Maybe the tumeric and ginger have got something to do with that, or maybe it's a bit of placebo effect, but I'm happy to continue them as they really make me feel healthy on the inside. Plus I quite like my morning ritual of having the shot before breakfast.

I've only marked them down from 5 stars because given the cost of living I do consider this to be an expensive somewhat luxury product. The shots are only 40ml and it would be easy not to realise this and plough through a bottle in half the time (particularly if you're used to using the supermarket alternatives). My friend decided to pour herself a glass of it for breakfast, and it still haunts me to this day lol. So you can certainly get cheaper shots elsewhere, or even take capsules, if cost is your priority. When I met the brand at their TC stand, the lady told me the reason why the shots (and bottles) are so small is because the concentration/amount of ginger and turmeric is stronger per ml compared to their competitiors. It also uses less additional juice to bulk the shot. I'd highly recommend the no added sugar version so you reap the full health benefits of the shots. At the very least I think this brand is worth giving a go so you can see for yourself!

On my second bottle think there has been some improvement going to carry on love the taste of ginger

Wow the Jinger & Turmeric product is really good - we have the unsweetened version so it wakes you up with a kick 💥 but finally know we’re taking pure real ingredients

We love these drinks, I love the ginger and turmeric, whereas my husband is using the beetroot for his blood pressure and our daughter loves the ginger and pineapple.

Absolutely love Jinger drinks especially Ginger and Tumeric which is amazing and changed my life. It re leaved a very painful neck I suffered with for over 6 months I thought it was just getting old but a regular shot of Jinger every day has reduced the inflammation and taken the pain away it also stops my joints aching so I would definitely recommend

Great drink which I take everyday and have not suffered with a cold all winter !

Jinger mint is now a staple daily drink in our household.

It started with a trial sample at Badminton Horse Trials and a small bottle of ginger and turmeric. Loved the taste and thought it might just help my 80 year old joints. Finished the first bottle so ordered another two as it was so tasty. After a couple of months I suddenly realised I hadn’t had any pain in my rheumatic hips for ages- amazing! I’ve now given up taking turmeric tablets as this seems to be more effective and certainly tastes loads better.

From ordering to receiving the well packaged goods it was seem-less, but the real joy is eating and drinking your products. The turmeric & ginger or mint & ginger juice are amazing and taste like you are drinking a rainbow of goodness, and the ginger preserve and golden pineapple & ginger preserve are so scrumptious on toast.
