Package was badly prepared and wrapped. New staff in despatch put the "this way up" label upside down so when I opened the box the whisky was the wrong way up. The package had also been taped with the Dunechy Whisky Tape over the DHL label so no one can really see the address or the name of the person to ship to - the product itself is fine though.

Quick and easy to deal with, fast delivery and a pleasure to do business with, much appreciated.

Well package, great service very fast delivery

I rang the Dunecht contact number and was surprised to discover I was speaking directly with the co-owner of the company (Olly) who was was extremely informative and helpful regarding my query. It was exceptional customer service and I received the bottle promptly. The only difference with other companies I have bought whisky from was there appeared to be no purchase value threshold to entitle you to free delivery. So my only improvement suggestion would be to have a threshold for free delivery in line with other selling sites.

Excellent service. The prices are really reasonable, the delivery was great (arrived earlier than expected) and the packing was brilliant - so secure and almost impossible to damage. Both items arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Dunecht Whisky had a particular bottle in stock that I never thought I'd see again, and for a great price. Check-out was simple, and I had that bottle in a couple of days. Great job!
