Purchased the product in August 2025 - used it probably 10 times. The UV light stopped working. I contacted customer support - they requested various information and then told me to contact the supplier - which was Amazon. Amazon neither warrants nor repairs products manufactured by others. This company and product is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend that you steer clean of them and the junk they sell

Acabo de adquirir una aspiradora T600 y de momento estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. He de decir que no esperaba que aspirará tanto polvo de mi colchón y sofá , estoy muy sorprendido de la fuerza de aspiración que tiene. Es un poco ruidosa pero como podría ser un aspirador normal de casa. El servicio de atención al cliente he de decir que contacte con ellos para una consulta y en menos de 24h ya tenía respuesta.

I really like this vacuum cleaner. The costumers support are very polite, helpful and I definitely will buy other JIGOO products. They stand by their guarantee, I recommend them :)

Their product is AMAZING. I couldn’t believe how efficiently it cleaned my mattress the first time I used it… wow! I was shocked to see the amount of dust, etc. it picked up. Their customer service is fantastic and so is their communication about pending orders. I recently purchased three J300 models for friends as gifts, I couldn’t be happier.

Ottimo aspirapolvere per materassi; lo consiglio anche per l'immediata assistenza ricevuta.
In un primo momento pensavo che i raggi UV non funzionassero, invece mi hanno suggerito il modo di controllarne il loro funzionamento!

I really like my vacuum! Easy to use on bed, sofa , chairs etc. Works really well! Definitely recommend for weekly use on bed,while changing bedding!

I had a problem with my device wasn't working. I spoke to the customer service and they were happy to help me amd send me new device and told me to keep the old one with me. The are awesome. Thank you so much for your help.

My first vacuum cleaner was not working well. I wrote an e-mail to jigoo and got within 2 weeks a new one. Very friendly and fast service.
