Smooth process

Smooth process, and good staff. Good value. The reason i subtracted one star is that we called far ahead of time for our car, but when we got to the lot we still had to wait another 15-20 minutes because it was buried in the back - nobody had pulled it out

Excellent customer service

Great experience thanks to excellent customer service. Update: Kyle, the manager of the facility, came up to me and explained and apologized for the original wait time getting to the airport, and stated that it would not happen again. Much of the traffic is unavoidable due to construction at JFK. The driver and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating on the return trip, which went seamlessly. I got to my destination in time for my conference call, which was a relief! Thank you so much for your attention to customer care!

It took 30 mins to pick me up at 1145…

It took 30 mins to pick me up at 1145 pm last night JetBlue terminal 5 - the driver picked up more and more ppl and filled the van. We didn’t arrive back at the parking lot until 1240 pm - I’ve been using air park for over 25 years - NEVER AGAIN - I understand the construction causes traffic but this was ridiculous.

absolutely fantastic

It is always an absolutely fantastic experience here from making the reservation to the front desk staff to the shuttle transport. Always reliable and consistent. Thank you!

The pick up process is difficult

The pick up process is difficult. You have to call them too many times to get through and when you do they take way to long to pick you up. They just don't have enough drivers on the road. Lastly their give you a hassle now when trying to redeem your owed reward days
