My purchase took a long time to arrive. I have been wearing my ring for a week and a stone has already fallen out. I had originally chosen this as my wedding band and am so glad I decided to order something else because the quality is terrible. It looks pretty but having lost a stone in less than a week is not good enough for the price. I would not buy from here again. Can buy something much cheaper and better quality. Also they don't feel that a lost stone is a manufacturing fault so says it all really and I don't see why I should pay to send back a faulty item. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from here.

I purchased a ring from Jeulia on May 16th (Order #JEUK3267860). On July 10th—less than two months later—the stone fell out under normal wear and was completely lost. The item is clearly faulty and unfit for purpose under the UK Consumer Rights Act.I spent 5 straight days sending multiple emails, logging online tickets, and messaging on Facebook. I was met with total silence.When they finally replied to my UK email, they sent a generic, automated template telling me to "return only the defective part" (impossible, as the stone is lost!) and ordered me to ship the ring to California, USA, at my own expense.This is disgraceful customer service. I refuse to pay international shipping fees to return an inherently faulty item. I have now opened a formal dispute with Klarna to freeze my payments and demand a full refund. Do not buy from this company; their quality is poor and their customer support is non-existent

Update - I have still not had a response to my numerous emails about getting a full refund!!!

You say you are at UK company; yet ship out from China and expect customers to return defected goods to USA at our expense…since leaving this review; I have found the exact same ring being sold on Temu!!!! TBH it’s probably far better quality than the rubbish you are selling your customers

Viewing the shopping basket, choosing my payment option and even uploading my ID was straight forward.

They are really poor at communicating. Placed my order then read the reviews( stupid I know) every one was saying really long delivery leads !! And we get married in three weeks. I've repeatedly raised tickets asking if our rings will arrive in time and have been ignored, which is telling me that they will not arrive before our wedding which is on the 08/08/2026. tomorrow I will call my credit and raise a dispute. As a company should be able to advise on simple questions regarding delivery times!! Avoid if you need your rings quickly the website states delivery 5-7 days clearly not a uk based company as it states Jeulia-uk

My fiancé ordered her wedding ring and engagement ring a month ago today. We still haven’t received an email confirmation that the order has been despatched. When we try and contact the company on all platforms we get an automated response and it goes no further. We have 2 weeks until the wedding and we are so frustrated for the lack of customer service. Will 100 percent be choosing elsewhere going forward.

Bought an initial ring, nice in the photo nice to look at. It was described as an everyday ring so has been worn everyday.This was bought in April.Had about 12 weeks(gold in colour) The ring except where the initial is is now silver in colour!! I assume it shouldn't be,paid£ 125 in total, not to pleased

I was really disappointed with my experience. I purchased an engagement ring from this company, and after wearing it normally, the stone fell out. I had the ring inspected by another jeweller, who advised that the stone had not been set correctly.

I understand that issues can sometimes happen, but for an engagement ring of this significance, I expected much better quality and workmanship. It’s upsetting to have the worry of losing the stone and the added cost and stress of getting it repaired.

I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and reviews its quality checks, as customers deserve confidence that their jewellery is properly made before it arrives.

Ordered from Jeulia as I thought their selection of engagement rings were pretty and i never wanted a massively expensive engagement ring. Ordered the one I liked and paid for express shipping. Ordered a week ago tomorrow. Paid for the tax. The order has been pending for the whole week. Not showing any progress. Ok it says it can take 7-10 business days to go to shipping. Asked the chat bot. It says it has been shipped? And i can check with fed ex. Well no I cant because I have no tracking number as it still shows "processing'. Raise a ticket asking on the actual progress. They will respond in 24 hrs. Nothing. Send another ticket. No response. Start to feel suspicious. Read reviews. Find out that they arent honest or realistic with processing and shipping times. Decide that i want to cancel the order. Two more tickets raised. No response. Luckily I did the payment through klarna and they are now handling it. I doubt i will get the tax money back but please dont order like I did to save money!! Pay the extra and go somewhere reputable and who's customer service actually contact the customers. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring and it's too small. I have been trying to return it for the past week and have not heard from anyone. I have submitted 3 tickets and nobody has got back to me. I've spoken to "Jeuliabot" which was a complete waste of time, as all it kept asking me for was my email and kept telling me to submit a ticket. I have also sent an email directly to them and still nothing. The last thing I need is to be paying for a ring I can't wear. There jewellery maybe lovely but Customer Service is extremely poor

I have been looking for simple wedding rings for my husband and I for our civil wedding. But there are some guidelines we have to adhere to as we are of the Islamic faith. For a man he has to have Stirling silver and only 1 stone. As we are already married and we wanted to have rings for our civil marriage that are understated but still full of meaning.
To be able to add an engraving was great. 'Created in pairs' is how we are intend by Allah. These rings will be worn as a reminder of this and as they are unbroken rings that our love for each other will be never ending.

Ordered a ring 2weeks for delivery item isn't what I expected. I requested a refund and to return 2 days and still no further forward on how to reyurn. Unless I want to reorder another item. I don't want another item I do t want the one I received....... Don't waste your time unless you are sure you know what you are getting

Bought a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. She didn't like it, so I looked at returning it. After numerous emails telling me it was custom made, I wouldn't be able to get a refund, but store credit. It was posted from china and the return address was the USA. There was a 35% restocking charge. I don't want to buy from them again, so store credit is useless. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

29th June. Now I am offered a 20% refund and keep the item if I retract my review. I have an email to prove this.

Unreal how a company think it is fine to trade. I'm self employed and wouldn't last 6 months working like this.
