I paid over £100 for a ring, which was advertised as an elegant piece. I selected from the choices of “stone” colours, but it was basic selections, then purchased the ring. It arrived and I can only describe it as plastic. The band is similar to that which you would get from a Christmas cracker. The “stones” are cloudy and feel like nothing more than the plastic gems you used in arts and crafts at school.

I contacted to request a refund. It took 9 days to receive a response, only to be told that my ring was a “design your own” and non refundable (which although it may well be in the fine print on the T’s and C’s, is not listed on the item description online).

I can understand one of a kind pieces being non-refundable if it’s down to ordering the wrong size or not liking the colours you chose, but to be told you cannot get a refund when you have been MISSOLD a COSTUME ring as a custom made ring? That’s absolutely shocking.

Don’t bother with it, it’s not worth the money or the effort.

Juelia's jewelry i cannot fault. I have 2 pieces already for both my engagement ring(However, the enamel isnt very robust) and my wedding ring. They are both beautiful pieces.

However, this company poses as a UK company but ships from Hong Kong(which it does state on its website, fair enough) but I ordered 2 wedding rings to see what I preferred. I no longer needed the 2nd one I ordered, tags all on, ready to return. To find out the return address is in America.

It takes multiple days to get response from their customer service team and mostly unhelpful, they kept pushing for an exchange rather than just refunding me my money. They continued after I expressed my frustration of having to pay £50 for shipping and customs fees to sent my item back to the US after they posed as a UK company.

I sent it back anyway, they recieved the item on the 11th of september, I emailed twice a week later for an update(16th and 18th) and only received reply on the 21st of september. My refund was processed for my £149 order, I lost £10 due to them taking away the shipping fee which they discounted originally (It does state on their website, but I do not agree with it).

Overall, if you want decent affordable jewellery, all 3 pieces i have ever got from here are lovely, the enamel isnt as robust as you would think, but I have also owned that piece for 4 years.
However, if you ever want to return an item, just suck it up and keep it. Customer services is absolutely awful, I lost £60 on my £149 order, due to shipping costs and extra fees. Its not worth it. This company really needs to stop posing as UK and be honest about the shipping fees for returning.
Unfortunately due to this turn of events, I dont think ill ever order from them again. I cant risk losing most of my money if I have an issue with my order.

The selection of jewelry is incredible and it's suited to who my partner and I are.
However I thought this was a uk site as it said uk on the end and I've been hit with a separate vat bill.. and had I known this at the time I may have gone elsewhere

Lots of different options to choose from - huge variety of rings and necklaces the could satisfy every the most unique needs. I chose a very nice ring and a beautiful necklace for my wife for our 15 year anniversary. Thank you Julia 🙏

My partner purchased a ring for me from Jeulia for around £1,600, and the experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading from start to finish.

The ring itself arrived with several workmanship faults: the Maisonette finish looked dull, the prongs were bulky and uneven, the centre stone had a glassy reflection rather than the depth shown in the photos, and the ring was scratchy and uncomfortable to wear on both sides.

Customer service refused a refund and repeatedly claimed the ring was “customised,” even though the only options available were size and whether to add the Maisonette upgrade. There was no metal choice, no colour choice, and no personalisation of any kind.

What makes this worse is the misleading checkout process. The website uses a .co.uk domain and displays GBP pricing, which gives the impression of a UK‑based retailer. However, after paying the £1,600, my partner received a separate email demanding £400 in import VAT and duty fees. This additional charge was not included on the original invoice, and when he logs into his Jeulia account, it appears as two separate transactions, which is extremely deceptive.

We have clearly outlined that under UK consumer law, when an item arrives faulty, the seller is required to provide a full refund upon return, regardless of their internal policy. Jeulia has refused to honour this and continues to avoid providing a lawful refund.

The entire experience has been misleading, deceptive, and far below the standard expected from a company presenting itself as UK‑based. If this is not resolved by the end of next week, we will be raising a dispute through the bank.

I did not receive yet… but the stocks and the prices are quite impressive.
