Really great experience with my 100k service and MOT today.

Smooth drop-off and collection, everything ready same day, car washed and vacuumed on return. Managed to get what would have been quite a pricey job completed under warranty and also same-day as parts were in stock.

Yonathan was extremely courteous and efficient - explaining the whole process to me (it was my first dealer service with Toyota).

Overall really happy and would definitely recommend.

Recently used Jemca Croydon to have my son’s car serviced. Have always used Jemca for our Toyotas for many years. Have always found them very helpful and accommodating. Also fair and transparent if any extra work is needed which is very important to us. Would not consider taking our cars anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Please don’t service your car in croydon I just had a ripped tyre and found out that I had a service and a m.o.t last week at that croydon toyota just found out that my tyre jack missing a part as it was there I took a picture before went serviced as last year they tried to ripped me off with a cost that they didn’t replace for a new one I decided to give another go !!! Very disappointed I gave a 1 but want to give a 000reviews I will make myself going to
Toyota next week and speak to the manager they need to find out ! For me a very deshonest people working in the garage I have picture to proof that it was there !!! Don’t go there !!!

Jemca Toyota Edgware Road

We bought a used car from this dealership in November 2025. Unfortunately, the car developed a persistent condensation problem inside the vehicle during the winter.

We raised the issue with the dealership, but despite bringing it to their attention, they were unwilling to properly investigate or resolve the problem. The impression we were left with was that their main interest was in selling the car, rather than looking after the customer once the sale had been completed.

The sales staff were not particularly interested in dealing with our complaint, and unfortunately, we received no meaningful support from the manager either.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership and would certainly not purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Very disappointing customer service.

Had my van recall on doing the work the mechanic didn’t notice 6 inches away that my rubber boot was split . I did email twice and it’s been over a week with no response. I sent photos as well to explain exactly what I mean and just feel very letdown and think I should take my business elsewhere with my other Toyota vehicle.

I collected my new car yesterday and wanted to leave a review as this is my first Toyota. From the initial enquiry to taking delivery of my car the customer service was superb. In fact, I'd say it's been the best main dealer service I've experienced in all my years of purchasing new cars. A particular thank you to Rose and Uditha who were both extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase.

Absolutely shocking experience from Jemca Lexus Croydon.

Our Lexus NX developed a simple ABS / wheel speed sensor fault covered under the Lexus Relax Warranty. Despite this, Jemca presented my 82-year-old father with a massive £5,497.70 repair bill packed with additional work we repeatedly declined.

After weeks of back and forth, the truth? The car only needed a single ABS wheel speed sensor costing around £200. The hub and bearing Jemca insisted needed replacing due to “corrosion” were never replaced at all.

To make matters worse, the car later passed an independent DVSA MOT with NO advisories and no essential work required. Not one of the major items flagged by Jemca was deemed necessary.

The car was kept for 49 days over what should have been a straightforward warranty repair.

The final straw was the aggressive and confrontational behaviour from Service Advisor Viktor Dimitrov during collection of the vehicle, in front of customers and staff, requiring management intervention.

Credit where due, Molly at Lexus UK was excellent and helped arrange a courtesy vehicle for my elderly parents, while Kim, Mohammed and Neil were professional and respectful.

But overall this was an appalling experience that completely destroyed our confidence in Jemca Lexus Croydon after 6 years as loyal customers.

Avoid Jemca Toyota, They are scammers!
I bought my Toyota Yaris from Jemca London last year Nov, expecting peace of mind from an official Toyota dealer, but within months serious issues were found, including tyre cracking, worn out brake pads, vent and suspension concerns. I was told it was just wear and tear/advisory concerns and blamed for doing the health check “too early,” even though I had only driven 100–200 miles locally in four months. I escalated multiple times to the after sale team and they kept ignoring my concerns.

My issue has been escalated to the after-sales team, but it has only led to blame being passed between branches. I was told to wait for a call, and it has now been two weeks with no contact. If anyone wants to buy a car and then be ignored after the sale, choose Toyota. They give a 1-year warranty in writing, but do nothing when you actually need support.

Services that make a come back. Genuine people working hard to make a good deal for you (male or female!! - I feel it's important to note). Not to mention top cars in the world.
I was served by Mukesh and Dee - can't fault it! Mukesh was there for me throughout the entire process and made me feel confident and taken care of.

Dee has been so wonderful from our first visit a few weeks ago, to today where we’re collecting our new car. Thank you for helping us and being so patient with our 1 year old who wanted to climb in every single car!

Dropped my car for rear brake service. When I picked my car up my front sensors were going off. I contacted Toyota straight away and spoke to the Robin who advised me to bring the car back. I could not as I had other commitments. He asked me to send the recording of what was happening and there was no response. I called twice no response. I went in today and I was told that I might need to pay for the investigation as the car looks like someone tried to break in. The break in damage has been there for over 6 months before the repair. This is super disappointing from a garage that is meant to be professional. I could have given a zero rating if the option was there.
I went to Jemca Croydon and I was told, I have to pay for an investigation as the brakes are not linked to sensors. The person that spoke to me was rude, he went on to say "this is like going to a dentist with a tooth ache and you come back complaining of a leg hurts", very rude and unprofessional.

I began my search for an approved used Toyota through the Toyota UK website and found a suitable car within my budget at Jemca Toyota Croydon.

As part of the process, I was invited to submit details of my part exchange vehicle. The valuation provided was acceptable and closely aligned (within £100) of an offer I had received from We Buy Any Car.

On Wednesday 25th March, I placed my order online and received confirmation. Shortly after, Jemca contacted me to confirm the order, and we agreed on a collection date of 3rd April. Based on this, I made several arrangements, including booking overnight accommodation and organising the installation of a home charging point.

However, on Tuesday 31st March, I received an email from Jemca stating that they now valued my part exchange at approximately £5,000—nearly £1,000 less than the original figure. They also indicated the retail value of my car was around £7,000.

I raised concerns, noting that the initial valuation came directly from Toyota’s own system. I was told a Sales Manager would contact me. Later that day, I spoke with Peter Dunn, who stated he was unsure why he had been asked to call. Despite me explaining the situation fully, there was no flexibility—he confirmed the lower valuation would stand. His suggestion was that I sell the car privately or through We Buy Any Car.

I asked whether there could be any adjustment to the vehicle price to reflect the removal of the part exchange and the time and expense I had already committed. This was declined outright.

At this stage, my options were:

Accept £1,000 less for my part exchange, or
sell it elsewhere independently, while still paying full price for the car. Neither option felt reasonable given the circumstances.

The overall experience left me disappointed. When making a purchase of this value (£26,000), I would expect a fair, transparent process and a level of customer care that reflects the investment being made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or costs incurred on my side, and no effort made to salvage the deal. The approach felt inflexible, and at times unprofessional.

As a result, I chose to cancel the purchase.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and not what I would expect from a main Toyota dealer.
