Do not use this company.

They lie on their listings then refuse to communicate. They also falsified a FSH. I now have the proof and am taking them to court.

I look forward to getting everything penny back that the owe me.

Brilliant service from start to finish....I bought a 2021 Volkswagen Sharan for my wife's school run, and Ali Majid was fantastic throughout the whole purchase. The dealership is clean, well-organised, and the team is top-notch. My only suggestion would be a hot drinks machine for customers waiting on cold days, but I still give them a solid 10/10. Great experience buying a car from Jengiz who had high levels of experience in the motoring world. He was friendly and provided assistance all the way helping me with admin after purchasing the car. I managed to book an appointment to view the car with him and was driving it away next day after he arranged the car to be prepped and ready. Would highly recommend and a great overall experience buying a car from them which is what you want. Can’t fault the service and will definitely use them in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE - This company sell cars that are not fit for purpose and ignore you when you raise a complaint with them - I purchased a car from them in March 2026 and the car has spent more time in the garage than on the actual road and has cost £1000's - They promote themselves as a family run business and the cars they sell go though a 75 point check - If this is the case why were the issues on the car I purchased not picked up on and why ignore my emails? - Reported to Trading Standards

I recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from LMC Cars and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jen was absolutely brilliant — friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

I never have good luck buying cars which is why I choose dealers over private sales. I got a Tesla M3 from LMC and the buying experience was superb thanks to William .
Sadly the car developed a few issues in the first few days. However I cannot fault LMC cars for their customer service. All faults were quickly sorted and LMC were really excellent (thanks Sukh!)
Hopefully now I won't have any more issues but I am confident that even if I did LMC would be there!

Initially the staff were very helpful and pleasant during the viewing and purchase. Found a couple of minor issues on the journey home after collecting the car. LMC said they would fix them but over a year later, the issues are still not resolved due to extremely poor customer service. A significant number of phone calls made and emails sent but never any response.

The Sale rep was very professional, calm and not one of those pressure pressure sale reps. Explained everything to me properly and gave me all the times in the world to make my own informed decision.

it was easy to deal with Yusuf but it would have been nice if they had bothered to clean the car and vacuum the inside after it had sat on the lot for ten days between purchase and delivery.

I purchased a vehicle 26th March 2026, within 2 days on 28th March 2026 huge noise from the engine and an engine fault. Called LMC and emailed over the video and said we will need to bring the car in Monday for diagnostics as they got no mechanic in over the weekends. In the mean time we got it plugged in by a garage and there was a serious engine fault and 21 faults in total on the vehicle we have a written report from the garage. We took it to LMC on the 30th March 2026 and they said there machine isnt picking up the engine fault and all the other codes are old codes even with a garage and video evidence of the noise and there should be no "old" codes if the vehicle had a full 75 point check before hand as they claim to do. We refused the vehicle and asked to return it under the consumer rights act 2015 short time right to reject they refused on the spot. On 30th March 2026 I sent over an email rejecting the car under the short term right to reject consumers right act 2015 and sent it via letter too which has been signed for. LMC cars have FAILED to respond in months and we are looking to take it to court as we have not been able to use the car since rejecting it. We have also had RAC out to do a report on the car and they have picked up all the same issues as the garage and done a visual inspection and written evidence. This is all documented and true with evidence of everything step by step.

Upon looking into the company there is alot of reviews that show this is not a one off issue. This has been reported to Citizens advice, trading standards, the bank, AA as they are an AA partner and also Havering Council. I would advise anyone else having issues to please report to all the above with all evidence as the more complaints the better.

On 5th December 2025 public knowledge that LMC cars were refused planning permission to be on the land they are currently on this is on the Havering council planning website A0023.25 and P0603.25 and they have not submitted any new planning permission to date this is also documented on the East London Times news articles you can find online that are public knowledge which I will share as these are already available to the public. After bringing this to their attention suddenly new planning permission has gone in 🙄

LMC REPLIED TO REVIEW ON GOOGLE AND CALLED TO FIX THE ISSUE AS WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO FIX IT THEY SAY, NO WE WANT IT RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND AS PER OUR RIGHTS, THEY THEN HAVE GONE BACK TO IGNORING ME AGAIN. purchased car long distance ,right colour ,spec ,mileage ,age ,looked great on there site ,thats where it ends ,went to collect car ,it had various minor dents ans scratches all round every panel inside and out ,had a fault showing on dash ,"outside noise failure " as its a hybrid ,was told needs to go to dealers to be sorted ,was promised a refund of deposit to sort the paint issues ,i'm in the trade so wasn't a major issue ,should have been sorted prior ! , took car , i didnt drive it for a couple of days due to work ,when i did ,it was like someonr having there knees in the seat back as the lumber support had blown up ,so maasage function stopped working ,had car a week came home car was parked up and a lot of fluid was leaking out of car underneath at front ,couldn't see where from but it has 4 cooling header tanks underbonnet ,? ,this was the final straw had car less than 2 weeks ,we had taken images and documented everthing what had happened from day 1 , i started the rejection process with finance co ,emailed lmc twice no reply to both ,everything in the rejection process has to be email or signed written so that there is a trail , had a inspection done on car for the rejection process ,various other faults came to light ,tyres damaged ,leaking shock absorber ,engine oil overfilled by nearly 2 litres ,the car had only been mot'd 2 days before collection,? , car has been collected from me by finance co as lmc do not want it back ,been an absolute nightmare from start to finish not great for an 18k car with 47k on clock and just short of 3yrs old , to date never got deposit back and no contact from lmc !!

The service was excellent from Grayson and the team at LMC. Found a great value car and they took care of everything and prepared it to a high standard. Would highly recommend
