Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in Liverpool Edge Lane, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

No area designated for plyometrics
No area designated for plyometrics and functional training which I believe to be one of the essentials to the gym. Other than that, it’s pretty good and clean.

Total let down
I joined the gym in Liverpool edge lane. Unfortunately after going the gym I discovered the gym is always excessively over occupied with not much equipment / space free to use. In addition the accessible change I needed to use isn’t available (it seems to be locked and used as a cleaners cupboard) and I had to use the general shower area only to find that there was no hot water. Because I went before work I was left with no choice other than to take an ice cold shower in order to get changed for work.
To put it short I’m not at all happy with the facilities / service provided.

The £10 for your first month promotion was a no-brainer and was able to sort a membership within 5 minutes of starting the process👍🏻Confirmation email came through straightaway explaining in simple terms what I needed to do to access the gym and didn't have any issues on my first visit which didn't disappoint. More than enough apparatus so no waiting round👌🏻Finished off with a sauna which is ideal after a workout so no complaints whatsoever👍🏻

Good gym, plenty of equipment
Better than some I've used
It's packed full of equipment so never a queue waiting for your turn, and it's a extensive range of stuff from medicine balls, kettle bells and boxing bags to general treadmills, bikes and weighted machines.
Changing rooms aren't bad either with plenty of showers and a sauna room too.

It is ok
The gym I got to seems quite new but there is not a lot of soace to workout. The space is very full and it feels tight. Could use of some more yoga mats or space without machines.
It has sauna, which is great

Awful …
Went edge lane gym for the first time last night, full of kids, gym stunk and couldn't use any equipment it was so full. Dark horrible layout had anxiety the second I walked in lasted 10 minutes in there.

The gym is good but very disappointed in the Sauna as its below the temperature a sauna is supposed to be and is to small for the size of the gym.

I just feel really comfortable in the…
I just feel really comfortable in the gym there. I've been a member of several gyms prior to JD and I never felt comfortable but JD makes me feel safe and comfortable to work out. I am a bigger girl and the way the gym is laid out means I don't feel watched which has made a huge difference. They also don't bombard me with promotions, they just let me work out.

Liked the gym layout and in general but…
Liked the gym layout and in general but as worked through our workouts it just didn’t send us home feeling amazing. Some kit is lacking features we are use to such and there are almost too many options if you are either use to a certain routine but I get that this will improve as we learn about how to use the different zones which ultimately is why we joined - to progress and try new things.
Been in twice now and both times the 2 rowers to the left have had faults with the monitors either not working at all or the sensor not picking up so maintenance could be an issue but given the time of year willing to see how things go through January.
