JD Gyms - Liverpool City Centre Arvostelua 

Very clean environment, very qualified professional and personal equipment

Gym is mostly good (decent equipment, friendly staff and good price) but the toilets and showers are very, very unclean.

I’m a new member to JD Gyms and decided to try the gym on Dale Street in Liverpool city centre. The gym over three floors and is a lovely space - I particularly like the arched roof.

As a beginner to gym I am still finding my way around the equipment and learning how to get the best workout for my needs. I have to say the staff at Liverpool City are really helpful and supportive in helping you reach your goals.

I met a member of staff called Richard Johnson who was brilliant. Richard showed me the gym, explained the equipment and (more importantly) how to use it correctly. He was patient, supportive and a good laugh - which made the workout more fun. I really felt I got more out my visit as a result of his advice and guidance.

If, like me, you find gyms a somewhat daunting place, I suggest you seek out Richard and ask for his support. It’s clear he is passionate about helping people to get fitter and healthier. I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

Liverpool City Center gym. I only go for the classes. My favourites are Body Pump and Yoga with Louise!! She’s great at making sure you have the right technique and motivating throughout the classes.

Always very smiley and happy, Louise pushes you when you need it and helps you feel like you have accomplished something when you go to her classes. I have noticed a huge difference in myself since going to her classes both physically and mentally and I can’t wait to go to these classes every week.

Liverpool City Centre,
Since starting at the gym in September, I’ve taken the yoga and body pump classes with Louise and absolutely love them! She’s so motivating and I’ve already seen a massive improvement in myself. Would love to see more weekly classes from her in the future at this gym!

The gym must be open 24 hours. Most of the people have jobs so when I'm ready to go I never have more than 2 hours left because you close really early specially on Sundays.

I reckon that you really need to consider change the times for the gym because jd gym is really nice but the hours not.

Excellent gym. Honest people, lost my keys and they was handed in to staff.

Rachel was fantastic with me, she really helped me get out of my comfort zone and actually enjoy the gym. She has give me more than I hoped for in terms of food prep and a clear focus on how to achieve my goals! It helps she is a very kind and approachable person too!

Good enough for all the gear gets a little to busy in peak times.

I was so nervous to start the gym as I am abit bigger and I haven’t been in years and I think I over thought it but it was such a lovely environment I felt comfortable doing my work outs and the staff where friendly and helpful really enjoy this gym and makes my journey more comfortable

Excellent facilities and the staff are clearly really experienced and knowledgeable. Just had a PT session with Theo and can’t rate him highly enough. Super tough, but so positive. Will be back!

The equipment is at a high standard and member friendly too use. As being a previous member of staff I can guarantee that the environment is nothing but positivity and great chats, absolutely love the JD burn room they facilitate with great equipment to get creative with your workouts! Also love the gym with my chick for abit of competitive fun😎

Loving the infinity classes with Frank-Liverpool City Centre. Full body workout and he really pushes you!

An amazing gym! I train with Rachel Dillon and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better personal trainer! She is patient with me yet she pushes me to do my best!
