Faulty item
I ordered a pair of shoes. One of them is not in brand new or in good condition. I emailed them but took a while to get reply. It’s still not sorted out yet. Someone replied me and tried to help me out initially but now I’m dead end. I emailed them twice again but no reply at all. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do next.

Air max were stained with dye
Air max were stained with dye, and the t-shirt was completely the wrong shirt. Response for return was quick and professional, but how does a large retailer not know what product and quality they are delivering
