Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order and the level of customer support I have received.
I reached out on 16 oct to follow up on the latest estimated delivery date, but instead of receiving a clear and relevant update, I was given a generic template response that did not address my concern at all.
What is even more disappointing is that I was never proactively informed that my parcel had been declared lost in transit. I only found this out during my second follow-up, yesterday. I immediately raised my concern, especially since I had been looking forward to receiving these shoes before my flight on Saturday, 31 October.
To my disappointment, I was simply informed that the parcel was lost in transit by the courier and that a refund had been processed. No alternative options, replacement, or compensation were offered, despite the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.
I was genuinely keen to receive this shoes and had been looking forward to having them before my trip. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, failure to address my concerns, and absence of any effort to offer a suitable resolution have made this a very frustrating experience.
I understand that delivery issues can happen, but I believe customers deserve timely communication, personalised support, and reasonable alternatives when something goes wrong.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that you can offer a more satisfactory resolution to this experience.

See Jd Sports response to my review below. Seriously what a joke. Maybe call your Melbourne Central store and speak to the manager there .. im done .So many emails to a person in your organisation and now this. I will leave it to my bank and consumer affairs to get the funds returned.
Charged my credit card over $9000 for purchase that was $110 a week ago. Spoke to them the same day it happened and still waiting 7 days later on the over $9000 to be refunded back to the card . Extremely disappointed and would not shop their again. Have escalated the issue with my own bank and consumer affairs .
