I received a Jager knife as a gift however I wanted to purchase a sheath. I emailed the company on a Saturday (US time) and had a response on Sunday. The info they provided did not work for payment however on Sunday they corresponded several times until we found a solution for payment. Above and beyond customer service and the knife I received is wonderful.

Bought a couple of knives from these guys, quality is good, very sharp. The look is very unique. Had a minor issue but was resolved promptly.

Jayger provided a billet of Damascus steel following my requests for Fossil Damascus in the traditional way. The billet was of 200+ layer count and well patterned.
Jayger arranged the postage to the Scottish forge that I was going to.
With continual contact with me until the billet arrived at the forge.
All in all a fantastic experience of customer service that I would highly reccomend to any one desiring simular results and product.

My first order from Jayger which was made simple & pleasant by having a straight forward ordering process, with enough options to make it a truly personal purchase but not so many that it becomes annoying. The quality of the products is outstanding, it is a shame to actually use the product as it should be in a presentation case for viewing only, I really love the skiving knife especially with the engraved handle, my only criticism would be that the engraving is dark writing on a dark background, it would have been better with a contrasting colour like gold or white, but this was not an issue as it's only me that will be using it. Thank you Jayger for the great shopping experience & excellent service, I will be back for a round knife very soon.

Before I bought that item I asked about HRC blade and the seller promised 58 - 61. When I received and checked actual hardness no more than 38-40. Cheap kitchen knives' blades from supermarkets are harder. Lovely made, looks like a fancy toy but hardly useful for a serious job.

Fantastic knives, worth the wait for them to be made. Really happy and the leather knife rool is decent thick leather not cheap.

My Wife treated me to a set of Damascus chef knives for my birthday.
They have just arrived and well worth the wait for them to be hand made. They are stunning and well put together.
The leather roll they are in is decent thick leather not cheap thin stuff that will rip or cut.
I’d give them more than 5* if I could.

I contacted JAYGER for a custom sheath for my new TBS GRIZZLEY BUSHTOOL. This service is amazing. Workmanship is the best I've had or seen. Price is affordable. I'll be getting more sheaths and leatherwork and custom bushcraft and survival gear made.

So I wanted a custom bushcraft knife that was reliable but didn't break the bank this is when i came across jayger. I went with a Kukri as iv never actually had one and always wanted one. Now I haven't used it to cut wood or any heavy tasks yet. However I can say it is definitely hard as I tested it with a file to see. It was made exactly to my specifications and delivered in just over a month. That also included a custom made sheath which I may add is also sturdy and well made. The blade it's self is razor sharp and can slice through cardboard with ease. I had heard bad rumours about this shop online that it was bad steel and even contained lead. I was assured it didn't contain lead but I still tested it when it arrived and it didn't contain lead over 3 separate tests. The Damascus steel is stunning you can see every individual layer. One thing I would also love to clarify for people is that some reviews mention that it said 5 days for delivery. That only applies to the already finished premade products that are for sale, if you are ordering a custom piece that needs to be forged it is obviously not going to take 5 days. The customer support was amazing and I mean we are talking probably the best IV ever had. I requested updates and lots of information. All replies came within a day and they were very informative and positive I even received pictures of my knife through the process. The price for a custom knife was also great IV never actually seen ones for as cheap as they are here but the quality is definitely on par with other big and renowned blade makers/companies. Overall Im very impressed and will update this when I get some heavy tasks done.

EDIT 4th of may 26: heavy tasks have been done. I have cut through thick tree branches that I would normally use an axe for, not a knife, and it handled it with ease. And unexpectedly after doing this it still held an edge and sliced through paper like butter. Very very impressed!

It wasn’t until a few days after purchase that they requested my ID to verify age for the knife blade. This should have been taken care of during the purchasing time, after that shipping has been taking way longer than expected with a new recieving date that is 3 weeks out from the original purchase date. I just hope the quality is good.

People that work there are lovely but they lie , non of their steel is Damascus it’s all acid etched shit , don’t buy
