This Oticon cleaning kit brilliant
This Oticon cleaning kit ,came quickly and has proved to be absolutely brilliant at cleaning my moulds, I was frustrated at not being able to get help with my hearing aids, this kit means I can do maintenance myself.

Unexpected Additional customs fee
When I ordered a few items from yourselves I thought that, although it was quite expensive, that it was alright as I ordered enough for at least a year’s supply.
Unfortunately I had to pay over £40.00’s for a border payment and I find that this is not good enough.
I will definitely not be ordering anything else from yourselves
