This is the wrong part
This is the wrong part. It does not fit into the actual hearing aid. The hearing aid is an Oticon Minirite but this is the wrong fitting part.

Since we have now concluded that the part you received was also the part you ordered, and that you unfortunately ordered something else than what was suitable for your hearing aids, without our guidance AND we have issued a full refund to you eventhough you did not send back the unit to us, i think we went much further than what you can expect from our customer services, so i would have hoped that you would have reflected that in an updated TrustPilot review.

slim hearing aid tubes
I ordered these slim tubes because I have become so frustrated with the Audiology department of the NHS service at the DRI who I find are not fit for purpose. I had previously received incorrect tubes and then they blanked me
