I used to get weekly coaching and a nutrition plan from her. Jade constantly kept me on track and would assist me in re-structuring my plan each week, if we wanted to achieve my goals quicker. I contacted Jade 7months postpartum to get my fitness and diet back on track. I needed my program to be flexible and at home so I could work out when baby napped, so she created a program around the equipment I already had. She also created a nutrition plan based around my vegetarian diet and including the foods I like.

I’m 6 weeks in and have really enjoyed the program and have been able to stick to it as it’s realistic and fits around my current lifestyle. I highly recommend jade, she’s knowledgeable, understanding and flexible to your needs and will help you to achieve your goals.

I had followed Jade on Insta for years! When I saw her begin to offer customized training plans, I had to get one. I’m based in the United States so in person training was never an option! Also, I am not overly experienced in a gym setting alone so it was nice to have a detailed plan to go by! I purchased my plan a couple years ago and I still use it today.
