Thrilled to have found you! My fear that a younger PT wouldn't take an older client seriously was completely unfounded. I'm excited for my training journey, and Vanessa is fantastic.

My mother was very badly let down by another provider - see other reviews - so we switched to this company. Everything changed. They were helpful, responsive, with engaging customer services and attached underwriters. I am grateful they were there. All travel insurers are not the same.

Cass, my trainer, was professional, encouraging, helpful and very positive. She made me feel comfortable with my body even though I had not exercised for years. I left the session in a excited state of mind and optimistic about my future fitness goals.

Hey guys,I hav bn working with 1 of ur Pt's Kiara Hall for the past 6 wks now to prepare me for upcoming wheelchair marathons/funruns from 10Ks upto a 1/2 marathon in July on the Goldcoast to hopefully around this time nxt yr a full marathon in the Melbourne Marathon festival.& in that time I hav seen a huge improvement in my endurance,strength & just general wellbeing. She has helped me build my upper body strength up so much in such a short time I am completely shocked.I hope to continue with Kiara for a longtime to come now so she & every1 here can see how some1 in a wheelchair can achieve there dreams inlife with the right support. & I reckon Kiara is the best @ wot she does. I would'nt want any1else training me for these marathons. We hav had to adjust some training days due to a few pre existing injuries,but Kiara knows xactly wot exercises to change to to take the strain off my aches & pain. But wen needing a litle push to get the best out of me during our sessions together she know exactly how to do it without going to far. I would definantely highly recommend Kiara for any1 needing that little push to get going & keep going thats for sure. Especially some1 with a disability that does'nt think having a PT is for them.They r believe me. & Kiara's ur girl to get u started & help make u reach ur goals in strength & fitness. BRING ON THE GOLDIE & MELBOURNE MARATHONS nxt yr. I'm gonna aim for PBs in both & then win I hope :)

In-home, practical support to achieve my health goals. My personal trainer Kiara is both knowledgeable in exercise programming and empathetic to my fluctuating health, requiring adjustment of my program at times. Her responsive and flexible personal training is highly valued.

Luke was able to adapt the training exercises to suit my capabilities. He gave me lots of encouragement - much needed to keep me motivated. Love that he comes to my home. I'm not a fan of going to the gym.

I really appreciated speaking with a team member from Get Going first about what goals I had for my fitness and what I was looking for in a personal trainer. This enabled me to be matched to a trainer that best met my needs.

My trainer is fabulous and has already helped me increase my consistency with training, something I was struggling to do on my own.

My trainer Jacob has been great. I've never had a personal trainer and did not know what to expect, and I've been pleasantly surprised! Jacob is very supportive and encouraging. I am feeling better than I have for months. The Get Going team are easy to communicate with and I look forward to all my sessions with Jacob!

Initially I spoke with Sam who was very helpful. Then I met Josh who is an absolute super. He knows his fitness and nutrition and is very caring, understanding & helpful. I couldn't of picked a better PT then Josh. Im very happy

I'm just starting with Get Going and the support is brilliant. Abbey is very knowledgable, attuned to my goals and provides a good balance of direction and encouragement. She is super engaging and answers my queries quickly. The workout videos are terrific. Very highly recommended.

My experience has been really great because my personal trainer has been very helpful towards me when I am doing the fitness exercises . She has been giving me positive feedback and the things I could do better and improve my weight too. She has been amazing.

Get going are great! My trainer Chris took the time to understand my goals and tailored a program that suited me. He strikes the right balance between pushing me and holding me accountable and adjusting the program when my body is tired. I am the strongest and fittest I’ve been in a long time and I’m in my early fifties!
