Tim & Stacey are incredible and knowledgeable trainers & sport therapist. I can not recommend them enough to anyone who is interested in focussing on their fitness, health & wellbeing.

From the first moment I made contact, stacey and Tim made me feel welcome and comfortable, with a broad knowledge of the fitness industry between them, we where able to design a fitness program that worked for my needs and abilities, I would not have any hesitation in recommending them

Tim and Stacey make each and every session fun, challenging and supportive. Each time I am greeted with their friendly faces and feel as I am part of a strong community. The shop is local to me, which makes exercising convenient when doing shift work. Highly recommend as there is a wide range of classes for all levels of fitness

I love coming to S&T Steps. There is a wide variety of different great classes to choose from with flexible times. Tim and Stace are both fantastic and welcoming trainers who have created a fun and comfortable fitness environment.

I have been attending the group fitness classes at S&T STEPS for almost 18 months and absolutely love going three to four times a week.
The range of different class keeps it interesting and they can cater for all levels!
Tim and Stacey have created such a great inclusive and fun environment where it is easy to feel comfortable, something I think is often hard to find in a gym environment!
The 6am is especially amazing, full of very talented, attractive and funny individuals, highly recommend!

I’ve been attending S & T Steps since start of 2019. I wouldn’t attend anywhere else. Every session is personalised to your ability and I’ve felt stronger after every session. They laugh, joke around and make it feel like a family environment.

I have been seeing Stacey for massages for almost two years now, and she is by far the best I've ever seen.
Because it is so affordable, I can see her regularly to stay on top of my health. She is great at her job and she cares about your wellbeing.
I have recommended S & T Steps to multiple people and all of them have been very happy with their results as well.

Stacey goes above and beyond to cater for your needs. She is by far the best massage I have had and knows exactly how to target troubled areas. I would recommend her to anyone as she has a wealth of knowledge and also is very good on her prices!!

Welcoming classes with heaps of variety. I've tried group classes, small group weights as well as PT and have not had a bad experience. Kid friendly sessions make it easier to get in a work out with little ones in tow. Guaranteed laughs to be had in the group classes with a great group of people who attend.
