Very disappointed as I can't book a single venue in their app with the pass. Customer support team won't help much as they simply say we will update once the issue resolved. Waste of money

HK and Macau Family Trip
The iVenture Card made our trip to Hong Kong and Macau in 2018 super convenient. It may be sometimes difficult to look for the redemption center of some passes but once we have the pass, we don't have to worry about anything else.

Pathetic
Pathetic, zero customer service. They never reply or give you way to contact them.
They sell you stating number of attractions in a bundle package but half of it wont work.
And you will end up choosing the ones that you could have bought it much cheaper. I was in big loss as bought it for family, paid premium price, and got what would have costed even the half if bought it individually.
Will never use it again, and suggest anyone not to use it.
You will regret for sure.
