Very disappointed as I can't book a single venue in their app with the pass. Customer support team won't help much as they simply say we will update once the issue resolved. Waste of money

I am unable to use the passes
I am unable to use the passes, I emailed customer care but no response. When I had challenges on my passes to book a ticket, there is no response from the helpline chat. No phone number to reach out to them. I wasted money and time.

Great experience
Great experience - would definitely recommend this card for a trip to Sydney. I purchased these for our group of 7 (4 adults/3 children) visiting Sydney for a short trip. Found it extremely easy to prebook two of our sightseeing options and also easy to use check in at the others, with a great selection to choose from. Very worthwhile and everyone had a great time.

Pathetic Response
I purchased Dubai 7-Day pass for my honeymoon last year in March. Destinations shown on the website included LA PERL as well but upon reaching the destination the individuals at reception straight away denied the entry saying we are not affiliated with any IVENTURE Card. I tried to contact the Online helpline but it kept on lingering for a lot of time. Thus I got embarrassed in front of everyone and had to return back to the hotel.
I would like a compensation, which IVENTURE failed to provide.

Bad and incometant service and waste of money
The experience and flexibility they promise in different passes is not at all true when it comes to reality.Many attractions they show in list before are either unavailable or closed,so it's waste of money as we have to pay them before hand and also when we contact for help or other details they don't reply neither they call back.From the three pools of attractions..I was hardly able to do one pool activity.the other pools main attractions were unavailable and closed.therfore I paid for 2 people passes which costed 20000 Rs almost which was waste as I could only cover one attraction of hardly rs 1500.
When I mailed them with all details about mine and said them to refund the balence as nothing was done as per ease and many of there pools activities and attractions were unavailable due to there service falilure...we are loosing our money..None of concern was replied not amount was returned....I have to pay extra at counters in dubai and see attractions even though I had iventure passes..but it never worked out because of there service failures.
Never ever purchase this passes...because they will take payment once and they are worst while delivering services and displeasure for customers.

As you are aware, Covid-19 had an enormous impact on the travel industry, and most governments imposed strict lockdown measures which resulted in the closure of various attractions. However, we took measures to address this by extending the validity of our passes for up to 12 months from the date of purchase for Australia and up to 2 years for other destinations.
We understand that you were unable to use the additional time provided, but unfortunately, we cannot keep extending the validity dates. We hope you understand that we have already made concessions to accommodate customers during these unprecedented times.

Athens sightseeing
We bought a couple of passes for Athens so we didn't have to wait in the long lines there are for Acropolis tickets. We ended up going to the Acropolis Museum which was world class and dis a guided segway tour which was so much fun. They've got staff locally who gave us some tips to make the most of the pass. I'd recommend for anyone visiting Athens.
