One of the poorest streaming apps I've used so far. Constant glitches on the phone app, and laptop isn't much better. Advertising has a tendency to loop back on itself instead of starting the programme, and you can only clear caches so many times! Thinking at this stage that the ads are so dominating, they're ruining the actual function of the app. Sort it out or lose it ITV.

It’s about time someone in a responsible position in this company started reading customer feedback and took some action to correct the woeful website and app they throw out to customers.

I have been locked out of my account for months with seemingly no way to get round the layers of complete ineptitude they surround themselves with.

Awful. Bring back ITV hub!! This streaming service is constantly dropping out and if you pause it to go away for just a short while it kicks you out and you have to search for the program again. I am constantly having to re-boot the fire stick because of it. Try to avoid as much as possible and watch I Player instead

The program was very good spoiled by a very poor presenter.

Thieving gits, you either pay or watch more adverts than program. Painful

Busy and convoluted home screen. Ads are incredibly repetitive. But the most annoying thing is the one single and that's always at a much higher volume than the rest, and surprise surprise it's the advert for itv itself. This is the reason I'd rather watch other streaming platforms than this.

Extremely disappointed with the whole thing. No comparison whatsoever with iPlayer. Makes it very expensive for what it provides. Surely it can be improved. Otherwise it’s not worth having, causes too much stress

It’s funny how much they push the APP, but it is absolutely awful. Paid for premium and it was still just as bad. They can’t be proud of it, surely?! Whoever is in charge of it needs to be sacked. Absolute waste of time.

I would give minus but it won’t let me . I watch on my cheap bedroom TV on aerial but can’t watch on my super smart tv live makes me watch later bye bye ItV just hard work

Only way you can improve is by shutting down as many adverts. It's shocking. And guess what itv x won't listen but hey ho

Do not pay for itvx premium if you are looking to watch films or series without ads, itvx loads them both with trailers for itvx content its worse with series as they load anywhere up to 5 trailers in between each episode but they repeat the same trailers time after time so it's just as bad if not worse than adverts, so why pay,

Absolutely rubbish. ITV should learn from BBC and Channel 4. Takes forever to get the programme you want to watch. The programme starts with all these gliches on the picture with completely black screen. 2 minutes into the programme and it closes and goes back to where you started from, the main screen. I wouldn'tpay for this junk!

Me. Most decent things I always already on physical media. But occasionally Free apps bring up something not seen in a while.

Sound & quality is fine but they need to tone it down on the adverts.
I understand Adverts are why we can watch for free, I have no problem with that, but a advert every 5 minutes on a 40minute episode of a show or every 8minutes of a film is TOO many. It makes it impossible to watch the actual thing picked to view or it cuts out right in the middle of Action scene or major play role, totally ruining the flow. Sorry you need to place adverts strategically, at least they use to for TV. The adverts are like 5minutes worth aswell & then on top once you've gone through it will deliberately glitch & stop playing and force you to have go out and back in and rewatch the adverts so I always end up having to rewind big scenes so they can be reseen uninterrupted

Wanted to watch Belgravia but yet again the only way that I can watch it is to endure ITVx promoting its other shows and productions. ITVx is just a big con. And while it didn't cost that much (and is certainly better than trying to watch anything on Amazon) it's simply not enjoyable

Utter rubbish. Just another excuse to sell more advertising space that we all end up paying for in higher prices. Impossible to watch films available on this supposedly free channel because of the amount of nauseating, useless British advertising. At times it seems there is more advertising than actual content. And the fast forward option is not available. Surprise, surprise. Just another example of bonkers Britain and why this country is continuing to slide downwards towards the bottom of the barrel to join the likes of the good old USA.

If I could give this a zero I would. When streaming it doesn’t give the dates of programmmes so it is confusing to which episode your watching. It goes to a black screen constantly there’s endless adverts you can’t fast forward . It feels like we’ve gone backwards in technology 🤬
