ITS Technologies Arvostelua

Order arrived exactly as it had been siad.

Ordered US5000c, delivered as described on time in good condition.
Great company to deal with!

I've ordered from ITS four times in the last 9 months. They are excellent. Mountings are supplied based on the roof type and layout meaning they calculate all the individual bits and pieces needed, meaning I don't have to. Delivery is named day and has always been accurate and on time. Prices are as good as you will get.

Nothing but good things to say. Very helpful and speedy service

Excellent prices and post installation customer service

Great company, prices are good, Jonathan helped me by putting a battery and solar panel package together, David Cookman organized the installation which went very smoothly, a first class professional job neat and tidy, the job was for my special needs son who could not praise the installers enough, I have had a sola installation done through a company called project sola and this company is no where near ITS Technologies a mistake I have come to regret.

Just started doing business with ITS a few months ago. We have placed a number of orders with them and wanted to see how they performed before writing a review. We have put then under a bit of pressure with one of our orders requesting a very quick turn around and they stepped up to the challenged very admirably.

I would recommend these guys to anyone as the service has been excellent, and I find they try very hard to understand our needs to ensure we get the best kit and the most appropriate deal.

Order stuff. It turns up. Jonathan says it how it is. Fair price. Quick delivery. Can’t really ask for more!

First time order, small thing but all-round satisfied

ITS did a great job, and were helpful and answered questions promptly.
However, their choice of courier - DPD in this case - leaves much to be desired (I can't rate the 2 parts separately, else it would be 5* and 0*)
Using a cheap courier, with an appalling review record, is just asking for problems, and that's exactly what I got.

Friendly, helpful. All good.

Perfect transaction will purchase from again AAA+++

Used ITS three separate times over the last 3 years and each time was perfect, quick delivery, really helpful delivery drivers, lighting customer service advice and support and great prices…..
And best products ….
Wouldn’t consider using anyone else, even if they were cheaper.

Immediate action from ITS Technologies on my first order of solar batteries, now being processed and eagerly awaiting delivery.

Superb advice by Jonathan of the support team, which has led to my first order.

Excellent company to deal with they are knowledgeable and helpful with good communication all the way from start through to delivery. I would use them again.

I’m not a serial reviewer but this was worthy so here goes.

After getting a price for a Libbi battery installation from a local approved electrician, I had resigned myself to it being out of reach financially. I stumbled across ITS and found that the hardware prices were significantly less so tried steering my potential installer that way.

No response. But then I noticed the online form for installations. Filled in the form, sent some pictures and details and got a very attractive priced quote through on a Sunday evening from Jonathon.

There were no hurdles, emails were replied to promptly and an order was placed. Delivery date was booked, and installation within a couple of weeks.

Installers were spot on, had never set eyes on the property but got stuck in straight away. No unforeseen problems or other issues. Nothing seemed a problem and they were friendly and informative. Job was finished in good time, a nice neat unobtrusive external installation and a very clean job site when they’d left.

Yes it was a fairly uncomplicated job, but it went clockwork smooth and looks and functions great.

Good prices and great excelent customer service.
Overall a great experience.

Good products for a great price, delivery a little expensive but all arrived safe and sound.

Good helpful advice over the phone. Package arrived promptly, in good condition. Easy to install and great app to monitor daily inverter readings
