ITS Technologies Arvostelua

I appreciated the diverse selection of items and the convenience of scheduling a delivery date was a nice touch.

Great service. Delivery on time

Excellent service and polite conversation with employees. Products delivered on time. Installation was great and I was pleased with the whole process/experience.

mostly everything was delivered promptly and in good order will use them again when i need more kit

Selection and ordering were easy on the website, and my enquiry about suitable mounting hardware resulted in a very useful telephone call from the company. While ordering, I selected a delivery date (or so I thought at least), and was surprised to receive a phone call on an earlier date from a delivery driver on his way to me. Fortunately, I was at home on that day, and took delivery of my 4 panels, well wrapped and strapped to a pallet, an hour or so later.
Confirmation of the delivery arrangements from the company would have avoided this near-disaster.
So four stars rather than five, but otherwise well pleased.

Fast delivery at a competitive price and ITS will arrange for suitable transportation if access doesn't allow larger articulated transport; In my case the installation was a DIY Solar install and ITS allow customer removal by hand from the back of the truck, which is great for DIYers like me who don't have access to a forklift. I also found them to be knowledgeable when it came to my enquiries.

Excellent service

Good initial email communication, with detail of the delivery. Delivery was in the stated delivery window.
The solar battery purchased is of good quantity and technology.
Definitely recommend.

Very helpful sales team, no waiting around for a call to be answered, very knowledgeable about the product and my needs, all the admin stuff was seamless. Superfast delivery and installation. definitely will be using again shortly on my next system upgrade.

Delivered on time, great price, sales team technically able to advise and discuss my requirements. Battery works great, gonna order two more now 🙂

Great company

Great range of products and I liked the way you can book a delivery date

Review covering purchase and delivery of solar panels from ITS. Website info a little misleading with product codes displayed not matching verbose product model name.Link to delivery company was added to order form. On day before delivery, delivery company website showed order as cancelled, but I decided to wait until delivery day and see what happened. On the ITS confirmation email I was told to expect an 18 ton truck to deliver between 0900 and 1800. What actually turned up was a covered trailer towed by a car arriving at 0810. It appears the delivery company sub contracted the delivery to this one man band who was uncontactable by me should there have been an issue. My panels arrived OK but I wasn't ready for them at the early delivery time. So ITS should ensure that if their chosen delivery company subcontracts the delivery, the actual person doing the delivery is contactable and if delivery time range is changed then I am informed.

Rapid delivery

Needed an item in stock as a matter of urgency - the customer service received was brilliant.

We got exactly what we ordered with good service and support

I've used ITS four times now. Always brilliant service. Their prices are competitive, delivery is spot on and they are helpful on the phone. Highly recommended.
