Batteries have no life and take a long time to charge. The blade is small and will take a long time to clear the area. Want to return but policy says it can’t be damaged. Well if it breaks because of poor quality it should not be on me to lose $225.00.

ordered # 150182 motor inop. but they say I used it. how can you use a weed eater if the motor is inop from factory? orderd 8-06-25 received 8-14-25 they tried helping, but Echo called a nylock nut a screw. no help. service said request 30 day and RMA with pic of serial # from box and copy of invoice. No help. this seems to be a scam put on by Echo at customer service.
