The tool is super lightweight and vert easy to use .it gets the job done fast and good battery life .the flat blade was exactly what I need for my sloped front curve without having to hole up the xutter awkwardly with my arms

I got the iToolMax 4 in 1 Cordless Weed Eater Pro because I liked the idea of the wheels, since I can’t lift or hold heavy equipment. While it is lightweight, the wheels were the main reason I bought it.

Upon receiving it, I was disappointed for many reasons. Everything was just thrown in the box, so that everything just rattled around in it. The instructions were terrible, and I had to find a video on YouTube to put it together. The design itself is poor and feels shoddily made. For example, you cannot use the wheels with the weed whip head because the cord catches on them.

I used it only 5 times. At first it worked okay, though the battery ran down quickly. Then I discovered the guard doesn’t protect properly...when trimming near a wall or tree, if you're going head on, the guard pushes in and lets the blade hit whatever is in the way, damaging both the blade and the object. After about 20 days, the tool simply stopped starting, and the batteries drain immediately when trying to start it.

Customer support was extremely slow. I had to contact them five times before getting a reply. Their only advice was to “let it rest for a while,” even though it had already been sitting unused for a week. By the time they finally responded, I was at their “40 day mark” and could no longer return it. I’m left with a useless product that cost much more than similar models available at Walmart.

One more thing...iToolMax emailed me directly to solicit a review on their own website. I posted this same honest review there, but they deleted it. I'm not sure why, but maybe because it was negative. That’s why I’m posting here on Trustpilot instead...so other customers can see the full picture.

Order was placed .(#152047). No shipping information given. No tracking. No phone number to call.. No response to chat. No response to email But, very quick, though, to charge my credit card. Stay away from this ghosty company.

Upate; Company says they responded to my inquiry. They did. It was a complete run-around. For all of their words they offered no helpful information. Again, stay away.

I purchased the cordless grass trimmer and just tried it out. It is gonna make my leaf clean-up this fall so much easier plus so many more tasks I have around the farm. Thanks itoolmax !!!

Waited a while thinking I wasn't going to get it but as soon as I contacted them their reply was instant and informative and I received the goods, as they explained a couple of days later. Very pleased and satisfied.

Bought a laser level, no warranty, Battery didn't stay on. No way to contact the company. Pure SCAM sav your money! DON"T BUY.....

The hand held power washer put out more water where you hook up the hose to than come out the spray,no wonder it all plastic,must of come from Chin

Paint gun quit working after 30 days and they did not replace the paint gun. NO customer service.

The product was not what I expected, so I tried to return it. There is a lack of communication from the company. Even though they advertise a money-back guarantee, you have to request a return form from the company. I have tried so many time to get one and they do not respond. Very poor customer service.

My flashlight ordered stop working in less than a year. I initially charged fully upon delivery. Haven't used yet. Will not charge or turn on. Contacted cust support and they asked for details on how im using the flashlight. Im asking for a refund or replacement. Will change review once my issue is resolved. Update...been in contact sent in info needed. They stated they wpuld send replacement but I would have to pay shipping.

I had a very small problem with an electric hoe. I must have contacted the company six or seven times, even sent photos. Nothing was ever done so I gave up in the end.

poor product and poor customer service

The marketing and selling of the product was impressive, so I bought the spray gun, the buying process , delivery and receiving process was good. Until I used the product, I used it once and it burnt out, I then chucked it out as it was useless, never again.

I found the seat to be too low and the seat seemed to turn around.i am 78 and I had a hard time getting off of it.i shouldn’t have bought it.unfortunately I cannot use it

The delivery for these coconut coir bricks was delayed by a couple of days, but they are lightweight and easy to use for my indoor plants.

I ordered the 3 In 1 Cordless Grass Trimmer for my sister, but when I took it to her, she said it looked too dangerous & for me to send it back. I didn't want to, but I contacted Itoolmax, & explained the situation. They encouraged me to have her watch the video, but that they would be able to send me a return label if & when needed. Low & behold. She watched it & was amazed at all it did & how light weight it was. I am so glad she kept it. I have since ordered the 3 twisted wire attachment. She could probably mow her whole yard with this!. Such a GREAT company. Kind, courteous, & organized, not to mention excellent products!

Its Thursday now, no change in tracking status, I would never buy from this company again and their customer services does not exist

No problems, the solar lights works great, love it!!
