Jag beställde en batteridrivan snöskyffel. Ångrade mig dagen efter, mailade direkt att jag ville ångra min beställning. Jag har sedan dess mailat minst en gång om dagen. Jag får absolut ingen respons från företaget.
Varför??? Jag valde som tur är att betala via Klarna, och de är underrättade om situationen och hur företaget hanterar ärendet.
Vill ni skrämma iväg kunder så lyckas ni verkligen.
Väntar fortfarande på mitt bekräftelsemail.

Efter mitt omdöme här fick jag äntligen respons från företaget. De ville att jag skulle redigera/ra bort mitt omdöme här på Trustpilot. Svarade att det gör jag när ni tagit bort fakturan från Klarna och skickat bekräftelse på avbeställningen.
Två minuter senare var det gjort.
Vill inte ta bort mitt omdöme, men uppdaterar nu hur det gick.
Dåligt att "missa" mail, men ha full koll på Trustpilot.
Tack och lov att jag använde Klarna, och att Trustpilot finns!!!

iToolmax snow shovel was just what I needed to do my walk. I found the customer service superb. I just finished doing a 4 inch snowfall very quickly in a half hour with one battery. A second battery comes with it for even longer time to clean up the snow. It even cut through some heavy wet although with more effort. Great for my situation. Thanks IToolmax.

Received defect tool (the snow shovel), and haven’t received replacement nor refund. I would consider this company a scam.

I purchased what I thought were Twinkly lights from them as the marketing was using the Twinkly box with the name removed. I decided to purchase 4 boxes only to find out they were a cheap Chinese brand thus started the return process as it was within 30-days. I have now gone back and forth with the company (I presume a bot) and they refuse to return the product. This company is a scam, I will never be purchasing anything again.

Placed my order on 12/16/2025 and received no response from their customer service. Posted a review here 01/11/2026 and within a few days finally got a response. Stated I want my money refunded. They’ve been offering freebies and now a 30% discount. No mention about refunding my money.

Great customer service

So glad I got this. Having two batteries means I can actually finish the front and back yards without stopping to charge. Eco-friendly and operation is a breeze.

I purchased an $99 item in early December of 2025. I've emailed their customer service at lease 5 times, even telling them I would need to file complaints if I did not get a response. ZERO response after 4 weeks if seeking tracking information, or even a response. SCAM ALERT!!!

I ordered the electric shovel some time ago and still have not gotten it! I have emailed the company 8 times and have not even gotten a response. Wouldn’t trust this company and I haven’t even gotten the product!!

After posting a negative review, my order miraculously shipped. We received the order and have been using the shovel to help with this snowstorm that just hit. For what it is, it works. Better with the light fluffy snow, not so much with sleet, packed snow and ice. Customer support replied to my email of 1/14 today 1/26.

We ordered two 16in snow shovels the end of December. Our credit card was charged but no order received. I emailed the company and am waiting on a response. Card shouldn't be charged until order ships. Reading all the negative online reviews and scam articles has me nervous and frustrated. I should have done more research before ordering!

Delivery time was way beyond what was expected. Communication was difficult and not answered promptly.

Time frame of Snow Shovel arrival does not match site. Ordered in December 20, 2025. Have emailed and called and left a message. No response. Item still being heavily advertised.

This is not my order number. I did receive an email indicating it was shipped, but in checking the tracking OnTrac received data only they had not received it from the sender. Package has not been picked up by carrier.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star. I would give ZERO if I could. I ordered a power shovel on 12-15-25. I have not received it, have gotten no shipping updates, nor have I gotten responses to the two emails I sent. They sure were quick to charge my credit card, though. I have contacted the credit card company, and the BBB is next.

I ordered the 16” power snow shovel on 12/31/2025 and never received it. Order 189310. I’ve emailed more than once and never received any response as well. Think I’ve been duped? BBB reports this company maybe scamming people!!

I emailed them multiple times regarding a return I needed to make. Ignored on all communication. Their site says to get approval to return by emailing them.
I'm sure they will wait until my 30 day return policy is past and then tell me I can't return it.

This company has been great!! Very quick to reply to my questions and to sort out any problems I had with the product I purchased.
