I did upgrade my HQ to level 14 in puzzles and survival which should have granted be gold coins in the walking zombie 2. But after writing a ticket, it got rejected, saying that they didn't receive anything from the advertiser. I'm pretty sure you could've done something like check in with the advertiser instead of waiting. And now I can't even send another ticket to make sure I get the rewards. You guys are kinda bad at your jobs.

It might take a few days but they always get it taken care of with no hassle thanks

The Offer Wall Support Team was very helpful and friendly to me. They've helped me out a couple times and I've always been done right by them. Each ticket I've submitted has been resolved to my benefit and I really appreciate it.

Alpha gaming app...refused 4075 points for level 500 word tower game. This, despite my providing 2 verifiable screenshots (I screenshot everything I do). Hour wasted for no return. 2nd time for word tower app. All my other games updated. App issue, not mine 😠In response to your response, of course I opened a ticket..how else would I have gotten a refusal for credit?! I have a few open tickets which can be viewed by IronSource. Why would they even ask these questions? In addition, now they won't pay out anything without name, SS#, address, etc.

They helped me out with my problem. It took a while but important part it is solved.

Even though it took a while to get the final approval for my ticket.. each time I reached out to check my status I received a quick response and each time they explained the situation and they were always polite and supportive in my frustrations

This experience was very quick and seemless.

Worst app I've ever used ever. They never paid me not once. Always come back with some kind of problem. I didn't verify my email or. They didn't get an answer so I didn't get paid. We'll reply to you in 3 days. It's been one month and I missed the email so now I don't get paid. I will delete this app and never use it again.

This is the second time I have received excellent customer service from the Offerwall support team.
I reported my problem at 3:07 pm today (9/8/23). I received a response that the issue was being looked into, and by (6-6:15 pm) my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Happy with the service, communication and resolution that the support team provided.

They helped with my problem & solved it quickly & it didn't take long. Also friendly & professional. I submitted my ticket on the 7th at 5:39 & got an email instantly at 5:39 saying within 3 business days I'd find out if it was eligible or ineligible or in need of some info& today the 8th at 4:14 I got an email saying everything was good. Everything fixed quic, didn't take 3 days

Offer wall doesn't work they get you install so they get paid yet it says game not installed you contact support and they say sorry thats it it's fraud

The person i spoke with was collaborative, polite and helpfull.

I didn't get my rewards for the tasks I did. The support team is definitely not solution-oriented. I guess I won't use ironsource again. I open the support ticket, I get the answer "We are sorry for your bad experience".
