I reported one of my game progress…

I reported one of my game progress without any reward, and that went through ( i finished the entire offer) then when i went to report my other two quests, i was told my progress was invalid

Total rip off you don't receive your reward gem

Typical, third game I have played and never received any of my reward gems. The support only sends you a robot email and passes you on to the next level which you haven't even played yet. Do not play if that's what you wanting

Completed offers had several not count…

Completed offers had several not count just had an automated response to say I should do things properly next time. I followed every step to the letter. Useless!

Very bad experience

After completing offers, I did not receive the promised rewards. I promptly opened a ticket with them and received an automated response stating, "Unfortunately, your ticket cannot be approved, as we did not receive confirmation from the advertiser that you had successfully completed the offer as requested." Despite reaching out to them several times via email, the responses were the same.

Why do they allow their partners to neglect their responsibilities? IronSource didn't attempt to resolve the problem by addressing their partner's shortcomings. If that's the case, why do they ask me for pieces of evidence? The only action they took was blaming the player for not following requirements without any verification.

Ticket #10537133 Game Throne Rush of Nexters. The offer game was Pirates of Carribeans from JOYCITY Corp.

Your ticket has been approved . We will soon update your eligibility for a reward, and change the status bar next to the offer to “Completed”.
Once the status bar changes to “Completed”, it is up to the app publisher to grant you the reward.
