The worst company I have ever ordered from. They claim to be an Irish company which they clearly are not and is only a front. I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived. I sent an email and got a very unhelpful response as to when I will get my product. Extremely bad customer service and false information on there website.

Am really disappointed with mine broke…
Am really disappointed with mine broke out in heat bumps after 3 days. Contacted Irish supply fairly long answer but no real solution. I moved sheet from lower part of bed and avoided skin contact reaction just kept getting worse.
So disappointed with this. Was really depending as all information was positive before I decided to purchase.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company:
- bought a simple product, expecting it to be delivered in a matter of days
- on concluding the order, was told it would be up to 10 business days
- its now 19 days since the order was placed and the company can't/won't confirm when the item will be delivered
Incredibly, Irish Supply's position is that I cannot cancel the order and receive a refund, as their cancelation policy is 14 days "from delivery"! Absurd position, bordering on criminal.
Like another reviewer, would prefer to provide a Minus review.
Postscript - another generic "cut and paste" response to the Trustpilot review. "Siobhan" - as already communicated to you, I would like a refund. Please confirm when the refund will be paid.

Chasing up on my late order for the…
Chasing up on my late order for the past 2 weeks. False information on tracking status. They claim to be an Irish-owned company based in Cork which is mainly why I ordered through them. Appear to be linked to a US company called SOAR so I doubt they have any real presence in Ireland. I asked for an address in Cork but got no reply. They do not provide answers in their chat - just fob offs that the order is "In transit". They will pretend to be concerned and reply to this rating but I gave them plenty opportunity to resolve.
Additional Information: Hi Siobhán, Irish Supply already know my phone details and the outstanding questions that you have not answered (please look back over previous chat messages). For the record, my order number is 205381. You have my details and I would welcome a phone call to discuss but I doubt you will call me. I contacted the Irish Supply Live Chat as recommended by Siobhán and still got no answers from Irish Supply. They just respond saying they take my comments seriously and check-in on status at a later date (it hasn't been updated since 12th September when they claimed the product was in transit with An Post!). This is a dangerous company only interested in getting money from genuine people. Also, they are advertising a Trust rating of 4.8 when it is actually 2.5 and falling! Do not do business with this company. They do not care and are not truthful in relation to products, delivery status or quality.

Small claims court can help you get your money back
I bought a CarPlay dashcam from this company last June and it never arrived. I contacted them numerous times but got nowhere. So mid-September I got onto small claims court to get my money back. It was quick and easy and I was refunded within a week.

Scam!! Product is actually from Temu
I ordered some liquid cement from this company and I thought that I was buying from an Irish company but as it turned out the items I ordered were from China and on the packaging it said that the value was €26.92 and I paid them €81.85 and the free gift were 4 car air
fresheners . I placed this order on 9/8/25 and received it on 1/9/25
When I contacted them they sent a copy of my order which I didn’t need I know what I paid. What I want to know is how they can have the bare faced cheek to charge me over 3 times more than they really cost. I could have got the same items from Temu for €27

Irish supply is clearly not an Irish company with my order coming from China, as marked on the customs sticker. There's a smell of scam...
Just placed an order... They snuck on the shipping insurance when I deliberately did not tick the box. I'm really hoping the product is legit - I went for the Nuro Gum, but lets see.
Here's where the smell is coming from - They ask you to complete a survey to "earn a bonus gift" but they never let you complete the survey, no matter the amount of typing you do, spaces etc., so they get their info from you and then leave you hanging. I fear its only a sign of things to come. lets see.
UPDATE:
Your system absolutely added the insurance. I also clicked "Express delivery" and now I see that the express option that cost me a bit extra, still has 7 - 10 Days delivery, FROM CORK? I ship 30kg's boxes in 2 days, this is absolutely shocking.
It seems you completely avoided the "free gift" part of my review. Not surprising to say the least as this pops up every time you go on their site. This, and the poor website lead me to expect the service that I'm experiencing, and is proving my scam hunch right.
You cant just say "we are Irish owned" and then expect people to support you or forgive you when you scam people into feedback by lying to them, and a few extra Euro by charging for "express delivery" that takes 7 days from Cork. Genuinely disappointed.
Summary for you: Just really disgusted overall by a site I was hoping to support. Poor website, Beyond Pathetic order time (7-10 days) and taking the express fee when you don't deliver on this promise, The free gift thing is a massive scam and you should be ashamed, and the shipping insurance that adds itself is also a scam and underhanded. Ill never be back...

Scam company. Took my money but never sent out my package. I emailed several times, refuse to give me a refund saying I'm not entitled as it's past the 30 mins from order.
My order number is 196399 which was ordered on 28th June. Since it's been almost 2 months and still no package I asked for a refund but Alannah emailed to say: Unfortunately, as per our policy, we are unable to modify orders beyond the 30-minute cancellation window, including shipping insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scam company fo not buy!
I bought 3 toilet brushes which supposed to arrive within 5-10 business days and i has not arrived in more than a month now. As result I went to nuy from another supplier!
I contacted the customer service several times and they said that it was blocked by customs for several days which caused the delay, but it's not my fault! I asked for a refund since I had to go and buy them to another supplier and they ridiculously told me that to get the refund I will have to wait to receive the item (whenever that is going to be ) and return it! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
